I've never eaten Taiwanese food before. I have definitely fell in love. Hands down, the best food I've ever eaten. 🤌

I thought the beef shank noodles were great, but a bit spicy, which I didn't expect. I also thought the oolong milk tea tasted great, but the bubbles were a bit mushy.

They were at our workplace. Loved their food!

This is by far the worst Taiwanese restaurant I’ve ever been to. The front desk girl acted completely indifferent — if you don’t ask, she won’t say a single word, almost like she doesn’t want to be there. On top of that, the food was extremely disappointing — bland, poorly cooked, and far below average compared to other Taiwanese restaurants.

Tastes below average Taiwanese restaurant with poor service

Respectfully, it’s genuinely insulting how small the portions of meat are for the lu rou fan. The same is for the Taiwanese sausages which look nothing like the image described. Im not even sure how to review this because im honestly having no a hard time even believing this actually happened. I wish there’s a way to get a refund because everything feels like they’re portions for little kids.

$16 for genuinely has to be illegal especially without even utensils in the bag.

Idek what to say because I’m just genuinely speechless and tbh I don’t rly even want to eat it anymore. I highly strongly would not reccomend anyone to come here sorry.

Genuinely might just be the worst food spot I’ve been to my entire life ā˜¹ļøthe food is not pretty good just overpriced by ALOT.

They don’t have noddles during dinner time. We ordered fried food and minced pork with rice. The veggie isn’t fully cooked, the tofu tasted like just taking out from the fridge, and the pork is just ok.

Ordered a noodle bowl. Taste was OK but the portion was much smaller than other Taiwanese restaurants, despite I paid a similar price. Definitely not worth visiting again.

One of my favorite places.

Orderd tea with milk foam. Foam has solid thingy condensed, tastes super weird. Feel like this place gets a lot worse over past year or so, will never come back

Owner reached out to offer refund and making a new one for free. Appreciate the gesture, hope they can maintain a higher bar in the future. This place was one of my go to milk tea place few years ago in Issaquah, hope it can get better in the future and not getting worse.

For this amount of food and quality, it’s kinda pricy. I dined in for once basically you order to a machine and also need to find a table to sit as well.
The only time you will interact with the staff is when they serve food to your table.

After finishing, you need to take all plates/ utensils along with other things to a cart. It’s like half self service restaurant, but they still charge you for tips and expect you tip morešŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø.

The only thing worth to order was their freshly fried popcorn, chicken, onion ring, etc .

Beef noodle taste bad . The noodle wasn’t chewy at all and meat was small and salty. The soup tasted like they just put soy sauce with water. Don’t bother to order beef noodle, which should be the most iconic food in this restaurant.

I had an awful experience at this restaurant. They offer a "discount" on the Fantuan app, claiming their fried chicken nuggets are only $0.1 each, but when I arrived, I was shocked to find that the portion was tiny and they charged me a ridiculous $17 for it! The nuggets were small, overcooked, and not worth even a fraction of that price. It felt like a total scam—advertising a low price on the app only to trap you into paying a steep amount for terrible food. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed.
