Good place to hangout with family and friends.. Burgers were tasty. And has vegeterian options as well. Onion rings were amazingly crispy

We had been on the road a ling time and set to get some dinner. This place really was amazing not only was the food great the service was above and beyond. Our server Angel was amazing. If I lived in the area sould totally go again. I honestly haven't had that good of service is a very long time.

Employees were very understaffed yet were kind. We felt for them. Looked like managers were clearing tables, busing tables, etc. Our waiter was awesome. He was attentive, and smiling.Everyone looked like they were teamworking well.Also the food was A+I was impressed with the fried pickles and the pizza.

I don't know what happened but this was NOT Red Robin.The burgers were tiny. The service was awful. The food was delivered with an extra portion of fries that were for our bottomless fries and our waitress wasn't seen again.The bathrooms were absolutely discusting and could smell urine all the way out to the restaurant. The paper bins were overflowing and used paper towels were strown out over the floor.I can't tell you how disappointed we all were.Should just close the restaurant and move on.

I just love your garlic fries!!! The best fries anyone can experience is at Red Robin. Their New spicy chicken burger is amazing too!!! Thanks for being around Red Robin , i wait every Friday to relish your Garlic Fries. ?

I very much like their burgers and bottomless fries. I am gluten free their GF bun is one of the best. However, the number of times they bring me a gourmet burger on a regular bun and not a GF bun is getting out of hand. I would like to eat WITH my family, not AFTER my family. When I do pick up, every burger must be checked due to lack of quality controls. Delivery isn't an option because of that. I understand the labor storage, but doing it once and right is better for everyone.

This location is short on employees for now. If you are a teenager and want to get tips, this is the place to apply.If you are old and complain, please be extra nice to the teenagers at this location. You might be the rudest person they have ever seen. Think back to your first job and realize there is a teenager shortage. If you cause one young person to quit, you ruin it for everyone else when they need to close early because they are under staffed, which is the case with this Issaquah store.When you leave a tip, keep in mind there are no rules. You can leave $0.00 or your tip can exceed the cost of the food. You are free. Share your light.

I never review places but I have had the worst experiences at this location. We have ordered take out and went in for sit down multiple times. Some times places have off nights or short staffed but it’s almost laughable at this point.. The time time before last we ordered online and called for curbside pick up, they said they would bring our food out when it was ready and when 30 minutes passed and we saw the kitchen staff leaving we called again and they said the kitchen was closed and they never received our order? No apology, nothing. Then tonight decided to try again and we waited an extra 30 minutes for our food and they said it was still cooking.. that’s hard to believe when the burgers were raw, the fries were burnt and cold and both orders were wrong. It’s frustrating to pay 40 dollars for food that you physically can’t eat because it isn’t safe.

Mostly good experience. It took a while to be seated but it was expected for a Friday night. Waitress took our order quickly and brought us water and fries. Soon after, we got our food. I ordered a lemonade when we first got seated and it never came. I asked about it towards the end of the meal and they promptly brought it out.

First of all, we have been Red Robin patrons for years. We placed a curbside pick up order on 04/23, my partner's birthday and waited 20 minutes after calling to advise them we had arrived. It was pretty clear they had forgotten about us as the BBQ BRISKET CHIPS were cold. When my hearing impaired partner went back into the restaurant to let them know that a cold meal was not acceptable, the manager became defensive and told him to keep his voice down. He was not yelling. They quickly replaced the meal, but what a joke! It was half the size!!! This experience was extremely disappointing and totally ruined his 65th Birthday.

Great burgers, good beer, surprisingly affordable for what you get. Staff is always super friendly, place was pretty much spotless. Not doing vaccination checks, but that's not really a surprise I suppose. Wait staff was wearing masks, and rigorously cleaning tables. Place was not super busy when I was there, but tends to get busy during the lunch and dinner rush. For the grown ups out there absolutely give the Red Robin Amber a try. Super tasty, light and refreshing!

Me and my husband ordered two orders of the clucks and fries and two sides of more steak fries. We got to the restaurant and got the order. Upon returning home we both realized we only got one order of clucks and fries and the side orders of two fries. I am rather extremely disappointed to find that on top of receiving only one order when we clearly ordered two that the fries were all soggy and cold like they have been sitting around for hours. I will not be returning to this establishment for a long while until the staff has had better management.

Such a terrible experience!I don’t even know where to start! First we were toldTo give our phone number to receive a text When a table was ready because it was a 30+ minute wait time. So we go out to the car and wait. When our table was ready we went back in and everyone that had come in after us was ALREADY seated! Then we get to our table it was dirty wasn’t wiped down and completely sticky. We put in our drink order. Non alcoholic. They told us their CO2 was out so we had minimal options, that’s fine!…. When then didn’t receive our drinks until our food was on the table! No waters, nothing.Food wasn’t that great, fries were either soggy and stale or burning hot and crispy. Burgers were much smaller than I remember them being.Pretty much decided not to go back again.

Definitely was not what I remembered last time I went. Food portions were much smaller. I assume the slow horrible service was do to short staffing. We didn't receive any drinks till after we got our food and I had to remind our server. The food was good, just not worth the 30 minute wait for a table. Won't be returning anytime soon.

Well one star for me ...boyfriend stopped to get something to eat after being on the road for 10 hours all he wanted to do is sit down and eat after a long day. He enters this store and was asked for a negative covid test or vaccine card ..that is against the hippa law thats why it is not a law ..he entered with a mask on and was refused service from this red robbins this is ridiculous to say the least . He went and ate at the McDonald's down the road ...good job red Robbins good job!!!!! So disappointed!!! Very rude!!!!
