This is my favorite Starbucks I have ever been too. I have been coming here to study since high school and it has consistently been my favorite study spot. That’s because it doesn't just feel like a typical Starbucks but a community gathering place. The large and inviting atmosphere makes it a popular place for meetings, dates, and studying. The staff are always so friendly and there’s always a very lively environment. They sometimes even bring the food and drink to my table. Some days they even bring around samples. I couldn’t recommend it enough!

This is the first Starbucks I went to that told me I have to put my own milk and sugar. I asked where the condiments were and she rudely told me the condiments were on the wall like I’m supposed to know they are there. Most Starbucks add what you ask for inside before getting your drink. Very unprofessional and why even ask for add ins at the register if you have to do it yourself anyways.

Super long wait everytime I come in I’m in like for atleast 10 minutes just waiting to order or purchase something. They need more help for cashier or just a more efficient workflow, there will be people cleaning, etc instead of jumping in to help the line or even greet and lets us know we haven’t been forgotten about. The people on bar just look at us in line. This is what my order looked like after 15mins of waiting.

The gal at the front was impatiently prodding repeatedly for what drink I wanted & quickly what I wanted as I was obviously trying to decide what I wanted to order. There was no one in front of or behind me either. No smile, no greeting, nothing. She was just very rude. The lady with the short black hair was very nice & smiley when preparing & bringing out orders, hence the 2 extra stars.

No drive thru. Huge open coffee shop with lots of sitting. My drink is made quick, they offered to heat up my banana bread. Cashier was examining my clothing style and my bag, I find it weird. But over all, had a good quick breakfast while in the area.

Nice starbucks. I ordered chai lattee and told the clerk because it was too sweet, and the clerk helped me add milk.
This is not a drive thru as advertised.
This location has an enormous amount of seating that we frequent quite often when we’re meeting a bigger group that other locations just can’t handle.
