While I was ordering the cashier (Megan) turned around to reprimand another employee loud enough for multiple people to hear. This was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. It seemed like the employee she was reprimanding was doing exactly what he was supposed to be but she didn’t like that he was having a quiet side conversation with another employee while he was doing it. Not only did she interrupt me while ordering, she gave an unprofessional and what seemed to be unneeded reprimand in front of clients.

Megs had an attitude with everyone in line. They were curt, unhelpful, and cut us off when we tried to ask (while payment was processing) if the bathrooms needed a code. Dave was barely audible while standing just across the counter and this is who was calling out names as orders were ready. The 2 employees next to Dave were busy chatting, making them very slow at fulfilling orders. Slowest Starbucks I've visited, from Seattle to Tampa. Food was ready in 15 minutes and cold by the time we got our drinks. Took 30 minutes to get our drinks.
