For some reason this location is incapable of making an order correctly. Twice now they have messed up an order. I confirmed at the window after ordering if what they were giving me was what I asked for and they confirmed, only to get home and realize they lied. They didn't just make a mistake thye directly lied about what they gave me after I got a second confirmation. Hopefully they get someone who can improve their quality but until then expect mistakes.

She's been so rude acting like doing some unnecessary things that makes you wait and wait and wait call her three times still nothing I'll be with you it looks like Starbucks itself hey I can get my coffee anywhere else and as a matter of fact McDonald's it's cheaper it's faster there's no point and she's not the only one I seen other places they do the same the only one I really like off the I-5 on Northgate next to McDonald's they are really good people good atmosphere every time I go it don't matter who works there there are all different guys and they are all good people and hey there are 24 hours but this one is Safeway it looks like she didn't got any paycheck for a while and don't like to do the service š

I didnāt believe the other 1 star reviews. Until I experienced it myself. Following is my experience from 06/08 afternoon.
The location is very dirty. We had to sit with a desk completely covered with bread crumbs. I know this is more of a visitor etiquette- but the location should be looking out for these. The toilet stank like a pit toilet setup in national parks.
The most disappointing experience was the barista outright lying about a drink that was clearly not made correctly. It is a featured item on the wall, Horchata shaken espresso. It didnāt look anything like the picture, with only half of a tall cup filled. Upon asking twice, the barista - girl is a black shirt and with glasses - said āyes, this is how it isā. The drink was clearly missing milk.
Today, 06/09, I ordered the exact same drink from a location in Mountlake Terrace. It is looks and tastes completely different. Looks exactly like the picture on the feature wall.
Whatever the excuse is, it is shameful for Starbucks to run a location like this in an upscale location of Issaquah Highlands. Not recommended at all.

This Starbucks is the worst Iāve been to. I got there and was first in line. It took about 5 minutes for someone to come take my order, when usually it is taken right away. After my order it took exactly 20 minutes for my order to come out. This is far too long, especially considering I was first in line. The workers were talking to each other most of the time, which explains why the food took so long. Workers need to focus on their actual job. They should not be having full on conversations. I also noticed that the drinks were made with absolutely no effort. One drink on the counter was half full. I will not go to this Starbucks again.
Sadly, it used to be my favorite place. Now, it takes 15-20 min to get an order. Most of the time itās done incorrectly. Also, cafe smells pretty poorly.
The manager, Chanita McIntosh, is overworking her employees and abusing her power, creating unwelcoming atmosphere- to put it lightly. As a former barista here, not apply if youāre thinking of working at the Issaquah location.

Feels like a joke trying to order from here . I believe I went twice for black tea lemonade and both times they ran out of lemonade . Another Starbucks store was only 1 minute away .

I love this Starbucks, they get super busy but stay professional and positive. However, in the fall I always order the caramel apple oat milk macchiato and this Starbucks is constantly forgetting to add the caramel apple drizzle which is what makes this drink so delicious! It was happening so often that I went in and watched them make my drink (I worked at Starbucks a few years ago) and after watching them put a lid on with no drizzle I asked ācan I please have a little extra drizzleā this barista had no idea where it was and had to go look around for it which just confirmed there was never and caramel apple drizzle. Iām convinced this Starbucks is just team pumpkin and thatās fine but please make the drinks correctly for the apple lovers out here.
