I never get Starbucks but always get a holiday gift card I’m forced to use at this, my closest location. The worst service of any retailer, not just Starbucks.

I’ve been a regular for so long but I’m not sure I can do this anymore. This location needs to do something about Lindy. She makes it impossible to have a peaceful time inside this store. She’s rude to the employees and customers every time I’ve seen her! I once tried to tell her to be a little bit nicer to a barista when I saw she was giving them a hard time (when she’s clearly the problem) and she went ballistic. But today when I came in she’s coughing up a storm and I watched a gentleman ask if she was alright, and she just started screaming at him for asking. If she’s not coughing and spreading germs everywhere then she’s arguing and yelling. Does not make for a good atmosphere and makes all the customers very uncomfortable. I’m not sure why Starbucks allows her to come back after consistently causing so many issues.

I cannot believe that I received a tall size instead of Grande size by using my personal Starbucks reusable cup. When the foam was mixed into the coffee mix, what's left was the total amount of tall size. What a cheat!

Used to come here all the time but the vibe has shifted. Everyone used to seem so happy, but last I went in there they were all getting barked at by an older woman who I’m assuming was their manager. But from what I saw the only thing she managed to do was stress out and confuse her employees. Starbucks has been going through lots of changes as of recently and none have seemed to be for the better. Only giving a high rating for the standout baristas who have always given me a great experience. But what I saw literally scared me for them.

I placed a large order for a meeting, including two coffee carriers, and expected a smoother pickup experience. Despite standing at the counter, I was ignored until I had to call their attention directly. Even then, I had to repeat myself three times before anyone acknowledged me. When I mentioned I was there to pick up an order, they asked what I needed as if the large carriers weren’t obvious.

I also asked for napkins, and instead of helping, they just pointed to the self-serve station, expecting me to grab individual tissues for a group meeting. I was clearly in a rush and didn’t have time to argue or explain, but the lack of attentiveness and basic courtesy was frustrating.

As a longtime Starbucks Rewards member, I’ve noticed a steady decline in service. This experience was disappointing and reflects poorly on what used to be a reliable brand.

Palatehacker

Placed a relatively simple mobile order with 3 items, apparently not so simple. 2 items were ready for pickup, the 3rd was apparently too difficult to remember for at least one barista. When I tried to explain I was missing an item, this annoying person, who apparently got her degree in pop psychology from Instagram, began to gaslight me, acting as if I was the problem. I had to point to the pictures on the app, and speak slower, to show the 3 items ordered to attempt to get her to understand . Dana, the nice manager, who noticed the failings of this individual, intervened and apologized. For Dana, 3 stars, otherwise it's a 1 star store for treating customers as if they're the problem when they apparently can't read, and fulfill, a simple 3 item mobile order ticket.

Have usually had decent service/food from here. Recently ordered a delivery and 2/4 items were incorrectly made. The lemonade refresher was missing lemonade and was 90% water. The Carmel frap was missing the Carmel base and was literally just milk. Didn’t drink either but that was $16+ wasted. Please make sure you are adding all the ingredients to your items before sending them. Didn’t want to rate/review this in the delivery app because it was the fault of the store not the delivery person.

I order from here often and i usually order the same drinks everyday and yesterday, my drinks were half full. When my brother handed it to me, the cup felt light and when I opened it was half full. Today I went to the starbucks in the Meadows, ordered the same drinks and my cup felt much heavier and I opened and it was filled almost to the top. I won't be ordering from this starbucks anymore.
