I come here all the time for remote work and the staff and service is amazing. I worked for Starbucks for 9 years and I have been to/worked at stores where they just do not care about much. I pass about 5 Starbucks just to come here, the store manager personally brings me my stuff almost all the time, the staff brings me waters or refills as needed. One time they did throw something away that was not done yet LOL HA but they replaced it! Overall, the atmosphere is positive, great attitudes and MOST IMPORTANT (to me) is the beverage quality!

Disappointing, multiple times they have failed to make a simple drink correctly.
I don’t like that Starbucks burns when they roast their beans. I get a cold brew which uses other beans.

My sandwich was wrong, and all 3 drinks were not made correctly. One was supposed to be iced. It wasnt. $30 later, only the spinach wrap was correct. I will never come back here. I'll go to the Safeway location from now on. $30 is a lot to spend and almost everything be wrong.

Worst customer service ever at Starbucks the girl on the register is so racist doesn’t even ask what size or if i want whip or no she placed order according to her I don’t know her name it was blonde girl so rude with her coworkers as well … these kinda people deserve to work on the backend not at the front
