This place sucks, I’m sorry to say. Often, I have to wait over 25 minutes in the drive-through just to receive my order. I waited over 40 minutes today to receive a cheese danish that was no longer warm and a drink with no ice. I will not be coming here again. I think the staff intentionally ignore the drive-through, because the inside of the store was empty.

Apparently Starbucks stopped giving a cup of water out when asked?

Requested a cup of water to make a bottle for my daughter and they refused saying I had to purchase something to receive the water as an add-on. Not sure if this is a new company policy, but this is terrible customer service. Staff was cold and unapologetic.

I've given this Starbucks location multiple chances, but the experience is consistently disappointing. Every time I order a frappuccino, it's watery and poorly made—definitely not worth the money. When I ask for a remake, the staff often responds with attitude or tries to tell me that it's supposed to look that way. I've been a loyal Starbucks customer for over 10 years, and I know what a properly made frappuccino should look and taste like. Unfortunately, the quality at this location has gone downhill, and the staff seems increasingly lazy and rude. I won’t be returning.

It is always FREEZING in this location and the music is extremely loud! Cannot sit here for more than 10 minutes . Not a work friendly atmosphere during the day.

This has been a historically tricky location for several years and I have often taken months away due to order mistakes and inconsistent quality. I am a frequent Starbucks customer and I don't have problems in other locations like this one.

Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago, I decided to check them out after their remodel. This remodel is finally going to make me write a negatively review. What happened to this location is NOT a design other stores should follow. I am not sure who thought this was a good idea.

Other reviewers have mentioned it, but for some baffling reason, they put the sinks outside the restroom. It is actually more disruptive than you would imagine.

At the time of this writing, there is news that baristas will have to wear consistent shirts. This review is an example of a store in which consistent shirt color is literally not close to the issue.

Standard Starbucks with moderate amount of seating options.

Be wary of the Asian lady. Zero customer service. Asked me to leave several times.

Never been treated like this in any other Starbucks!

Ridiculous. I am sure she live with no family or friend.

Ice cold breakfast sandwich w9ukd ve ok. My mom had blond capacino whole milk bbecame very ill all evening and night food poisoning never will come to here again

Amazing Staff!!

Used to frequent and loved this location. The new remodel is ridiculous! There is no where comfortable to sit, the bathrooms require a code, and the bathroom sink is IN the seating area. Where is all of the seating that doesn’t feel like sitting on toothpicks and boards? Horrible. Never going back…..

HATE the new look! Looks like a cheap fast food restaurant!! Not inviting at all! New sink area is outside of the restrooms and sounds like you're in an airport! I have loved coming to this location in the past... was much more inviting. I will NOT be coming back to this location. Whoever designed this and whoever ok'd the design should be fired!

FYI: The sign on the door says this place is closed until 11/2 for a remodel.

This Starbucks usually comes with problems- today I waited over 25 minutes for a mobile order for them to point out it was done- but my drink was completely wrong. No apologies or service here. Poor training and slow service which is a bummer cause it’s a good location.
