I’ve tried doordashing from here more than once and it’s been a bad decision every time - they can’t even get a basic sandwich right and NEVER put on any of the extras that you PAY for. Tonight I got a 6” meatball sub instead of the footlong I paid for and not a single slice of cheese. Bread is stale and hard too. And the prices are obscene for what you get. NEVER ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE!

Customer service was great, friendly, helpful, and quick. Wait time was minimal. The food is dependable here, the sandwich made to request, with ingredients tasting fresh and the bread nice and soft just as I like it. I'm glad they continue to offer the veggie patty option, a nice choice for us vegetarians.
Vegetarian options: Most of the menu-board sandwiches contain meat, but there are some purely vegetarian options, including the veggie patty, and veggie delite.
Parking: I have never had a problem parking right next to the restaurant.

Was there with my wife and son about 11:15am. Started to try to order, and the guy behind the counter kept saying “huh”. Probably didn’t help he had an earbud in. Then him and the other guy working, also with an earbud in, were trying to make online orders instead of ours. It took about 10 minutes to make 3 sandwiches. Then when I paid, he tried to hand me extra sandwiches that were online orders, even though all three of us had a sandwich in our hand. The 2 guys working were extremely unorganized and they could care less. Only thing somewhat positive was the food was pretty good.
Wildly awkward, unprofessional and weird experience. Came at about 2:45pm today and the guy behind the counter was extremely clearly on drugs. He was moving super slowly, kept forgetting each item I asked for and then kept hitting on me throughout. Seriously weird and inappropriate. I was going to order another sandwich but thank goodness he forgot about it because I really wanted to get out of there due to the discomfort while making sandwich one. All 3 employees there were clearly way more intent on cleaning than actually helping customers. None of them said hello or thank you.

Stopped in for my birthday cookie and Justin was just super personable, full on customer focused and had great suggestions to dial your sandwich to the max. Justin made me think differently about how I will order my future sandwiches. He's a bit of a "sandwich chef" and takes great satisfaction in making people happy! Only gave 3 stars for atmosphere as the AC needs to get fixed. Poor guy was roasting.

Worst experience I had today I usually don't complain but at 7:50 Pm the lady was lazy to go in the back just to get some items and made the kid grab stuff in the back and she was unprofessional but the kid was a good employee and felt like she was racist to me because I'm brown native American but she was nice to the customers before me.
