This is one of the worst subways I have ever visited. I've given it 3 chances now each time has been terrible. They are always out of something. Their vegetables always are wilty, soggy, or have freezer burn. They don't know how to prioritize customer service. You will wait long periods because they are typically stocking chips or doing some unnecessary busy work that they refuse to stop doing and help customers in line. There are plenty of other subways to visit this should not be one of them.

Super bummed.My friend and I waited 10 minutes to get our sandwiches while the employee was making 1 sandwich. Then she took another 10 minutes to make ours while the man behind us waited.She took so long our sandwiches got cold :(Her hair was hanging over all of the food & was out of all of the toppings.To top it all off, when the receipt was printed she inspected it for a solid 5-10 seconds checking to see if we left a tip…It made the situation even more awkward..Employee #5368

Really unprofessional…one of the ladies working there was very loudly throwing a tantrum bc she dropped some food on the ground. It made for a very awkward and unpleasant ordering experience! I won’t be going to be that location any longer!

I am disabled and I did an online order for pick up. When I got to the store I called the store to see if one of the workers could bring my order out to me and no one answered the phone. I called several times and no answer.I had to very carefully walk into the store with my cane and I asked the worker inside if their phone was working? She said there was no phone in the store. I found that very strange since a couple weeks ago when I ordered at this location online, I called and a girl answered and she kindly brought my order out to me.I don't know what happened this time but I was very disappointed that either I was lied to about there not being a phone or if the phone was not working, I find it surprising that the employees do not have access to a phone and that it gives a number to call online for this location and therefore someone should be able to answer the phone.

Seems like they are having some stock issues - they were out of a lot of stuff. Was over an hour before closing so surprised that they'd be out of so many of the veggies. There were still people coming

The lady had attitude towards us when we first walked in and then when ordering just felt really uncomfortable when she just kept trying to make the orders quick rather then make them right and how we wanted just seem weird so service was not good!!!!!!

I was here to pick up food for a group. So obviously my order was large. There were some vegetarians among us, so I had to make sure their subs are toasted separately from the non-veg subs. It was a already and there were just 2 staffs taking care of the order. The lady was quite annoyed by the long list of order. When they tried to toast the veggie subs with the non-veg, I have requested her to toast them separately and she was quite upset after that.Somehow she managed to complete the order. And I have requested the guy at the counter to pack the veg and non-veg subs separately, but he just packed the non-veg ones and left the veggies outside. He just walked away to help other customer. He never came back and gave me another bag; I had to carry them. I have given specific instruction to mark the subs. Being a large order going to different people, it's important that it's marked correctly. And guess what, except 3 subs, they didn't mark the subs. It was a chaos when I had to distribute them. Not a good experience at all. I expect them to show a bit more respect to the customers. Yes, I understand, this place might be understaffed; it's a busy day and it might be a crazy day for you - end of the day, if you don't respect your customers, who will come back and order from here again? big thumbs down!

I have not had subway in 7+ years. said to myself, let's give it a go.sandwich maker was sloppy. they were not busy and food was on the floor in the making station. place looked rough considering I was the only customer. I debated on eating the food.turkey was .005 mm added to sandwich. I laughed asked for more meat (it's a sandwich), meat person was disgruntled. out if mayo (basic condiment) out if lettuce (what the heck were you doing in the hours before 2:30pm to restock?!). restocked. went to the bathroom, garbage on the floor. placed sandwich in $600 purse, not taking any risk.woooooow subway owner. best to keep my nibbles to any other establishment.goodbye subway, this sealed the deal.

Best subway I’ve ever been to. The lady working tonight was super kind and made one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever tasted. She brightened our night!
