I have a lunch break at 11:30am-12:00pm. I often go to this Subway, because they are usually quick and cheap, but lately their hours have been inconsistent. I walked up today and the door was locked. A worker waved me away. Not sure if they need more staff or what, but I'd like to know if they're closed before I spend part of my break walking over there.

Came here to use the what was left in my subway gift card. I checked the balance in the card (it clearly stated I had 10$ left in the gift card) before I entered the establishment. I went to the counter to order, the employee did not care at all that there was a customer waiting. They were scrolling on their phone, I had waited at least 5 minutes before he finally looked up. I placed my order for a sandwich. My order was finished 20 minutes after i placed it because he kept talking to another employee in the back. when i went to pay i went to swipe my gift card and the employee snatched it from my hand, he told me gift cards had to be scanned and verified by the employee which was something id never heard of before. He then told me there was no balance in the card and put it into his pocket!! I explained to him there was still at least $10 in the card. He said no money no sandwich. He then picked up the sandwich and took a bite out of it. I have never experienced worse service in my life.

The younger man with black hair working yesterday had a great attitude and provided excellent service. Thanks for being so upbeat and bringing positive energy to us, it means a lot :)

Had to wait forever while the only employee put priority to online orders. I almost walked out. had a $10 tuna salad poor quality and small portion. The experience tells you why this subway is always empty. Dirty dining room.

On Thursday June 6th 2024 around 6:30 pm, I walked into this store and was hosted by a mid-age white male employee. Upon reading the notice, I took it as all business in this store at Front Street enjoys 10% off so I asked the employee whether it was the case. The employee, immediately assumed I wanted free food and went outside, read the note to me loudly, asking why I was asking a question that was already answered, along with harrassments like "can you read?". I was totally shocked. I've never been accused like this simply because I asked a question. After all these, the employee immediately returned to kitchen, left no word and kept me waiting for miniutes. When he was back, I explained what I want, clearly he misunderstood my request and was furious because I corrected him. As I haven't met this person in this store before, I asked how long has he been working here. His response was "I've been working on this longer than you lived". When he was unhappy because I wasn't submissive, he simply left the counter, refused to serve me any more.
According to the employee, everthing was on camera and I've already filed a complaint on it with Subway support. As part of Asian commuty, if this is not racist behavior, I cannot tell what on earth racist means.
This is by far the worst experience I had in all restaurants. I'm looking forward on Subway's response on this matter and I will keep this thread updated. I'm also open to any advice that might help escalating the issue. Being discriminative and harrassing customers is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Didn't get to eat here. Their posted business hours say they should be open, but doors were locked and sign on the door stating they are on break from 1pm - 2:15pm. So I guess make sure you go before or after this time frame, it was my only window today for lunch, so I couldn't eat here.

The second I walked in the workers were acting extremely unprofessional playing around with a basketball and immediately and abruptly without any mannerisms tells me “no card today just cash” with no apology of any nature at all. Just felt like I walked into a play pin for teenage boys and interrupted them, absolutely horrible experience, especially as I can hear them laughing at me as I’m leaving like I shouldn’t be there in the first place. Use to work for this subway 10 years ago and it’s really fallen:(
