Tried placing a mobile order and kept getting an uh oh forbidden error message. Requested this location honor the online exclusive deal but was told they have no way to do that. Tried going online to send feedback, and their form won't let you select or enter a state, so I couldn't put feedback there. Wasted my lunch break, trying to order food after picking up my kid, and I am disappointed this business can't extend discounts they offer. I understand it was an online exclusive, but it isn't my fault their app doesn't work.

Horrible costumer service called to make a complaint and it was the same employee they didn’t wanna give their first name so I called head quarters of taco. Next time I go there and I will go there again. I’ll have to go inside so I can see peoples name tag in their faces and I’ll make another complaint if I have to.

Jessica M….. needs to not ask “do you want your tacos regular or spicy”…. Spicy isnt some new beef seasoning or new spicy shell…. Its jalapenos and they charge for them. Its only a few dollars but i feel bamboozled. Thats slimy business.

Waited here for a whole hour for an Uber order. Got 3 more uber orders and they all cancelled while I was waiting. Watched 30+ cars go through the drive thru and many other uber drivers come and go. Worst service I've ever received. Slow, inefficient, need to replace the while crew.

UberEats drivers can't make money there. They serve all the cars at the drive thru and make you wait forever in the lobby for the food. They just ignore you the whole time your there waiting. Takes them forever to give you the food. Had to cancel orders from there because of excessive wait time and skeptical about accepting new orders from them.
