Took 15 minutes for them to ask if I wanted to pay (ordered at the kiosk and had to pay separately)Then got the wrong drink, tried to explain to the cashier and he looked obviously high on something. Had to repeat myself FOUR TIMES before another employee slapped the drink down without a word, then ignored me. Also asked for no spicy tortilla strips on the double stack and got MORE. Charged for extra sour cream and other stuff we never got
