Not one to post negative reviews usually, but man this place messed up big today. Ordered in the lobby and watched 6 people get their food before me, and some huge orders, by the time i got my food is was flustered and realized they didn't even give me the right order. Total Charlie Foxtrot.

I found that the size of the regular burrito and the larger one that costs $2 more is nearly non-existent. I felt like they ripped me off when I bought one of each and they were virtually the same.

All of our burritos were covered in a white thin liquid when we got home. Unsure as to what it is as nothing had sour cream on it to begin with.
I’m from Oregon and love love taco time! When I come to WA I love coming eating here because the crisp burritos are SO DELICIOUS. But the guy that helped us at the drive thru window just came off really rude. Like he was not happy to help us at all. Demeanor was way negative. Honestly made me uncomfortable to go back and order an extra burrito but still did because it was so good. Anyways. Guy looked like he had a hurt arm, but really negative energy.

Whoever manages this store cares more about the timer they use to track orders than the actual people who are ordering. They will rush you when you're trying to order even if you know exactly what you want they interrupt and don't actually listen so you end up repeating yourself. They didn't even put my order in until I was at the payment window to make their numbers look faster. Because they didn't actually put my order in when I made it they ended up making a mistake. Again this is why it seems they care more about their numbers than the actual people. At the window they told me I had to drive forward even though I was checking my order for mistakes, which there was a mistake. disappointing experience and the manager here should probably reevaluate their priorities.
6/30/2025: again today they couldn't make a order correctly. I ordered chicken, the receipt said chicken and I got beef. Your order will always be made incorrectly because they are just worried about speed and their numbers.
