This location has messed up my order the last 4 times in row. We order beef burritos with extra cheese, literally just beef and extra cheese, on top of that, it's a saved order on the app. Seems easy enough, Right? But they mess it up every single time

I decided to change my rating. I was at the drive thru, having trouble communicating my order and the server told me to drive to the window. I did, but she kept me waiting to take the order of the next driver, so I drove off. I was understandably frustrated, but my original review was a bit much. First come first served should apply, but I should give them the benefits of the doubt. Maybe I was not seen, maybe the server is new, but I will let this time slide, because I was treated very well there before. The manager who recognizes my voice keeps in mind what I want there. Today was unfortunate, but hopefully next time will be better.

Unbelievable. Enter your own order - took forever to order for 4 people - and no one helped with 2 people inside and barely a car in the drive thru.Filthy restaurant and a small hard white hair in my salad. (See pictures for details). I couldn't eat it.No wonder this location barely had traffic during the lunch rush. Sad. Very sad.This was Saturday October 14, 2023We wouldn't eat in due to dirty environment so took it to go.
It's interesting that they have a regular habit of ignoring customers at the register. I've come to eat here a few evenings a week and every person that comes in has to holler into the back to get an employee to come man the till. The employee's all act normal and mildly dismissive like this is how customers are always treated. The food is up to normal Taco Time standards. They mop the floor every night, but the tables are either dappled with cheese and other taco leavings, or an incomplete wiping job has left them somewhat clear of food debris, but also smudged where it wasn't wiped enough. Either way the floors are cleaner than the eating surfaces. And again this is normal routine here I observed over the last few months of regular eating. OH! and the customer wifi is spotty and weak. Go to Mcdonalds if you want a reasonable connection.

They don't hire people to work for them, so you can't ask questions about the menu. No one cleans the tables because they dont have enough employees working. Not very efficient in ordering at the kiosk or preparing food.
