Very good
Favorite restaurant, food is always fantastic, cocktails yummy, wine menu excellent. Server tonight was downright hostile to our group. Entertaining out of town business guests, embarrassing.

Had a lovely time eating here. Food was amazing, ordered a Cesar salad with steak, extra $10 for the steak, only got 5 small pieces. Still tasted great though so no huge complaint here.
We have been dining at Flat Iron Grill for the past several years. Their customer service, food and atmosphere have been beyond excellent. Highly recommended!

I liked the food, and the restaurant, but was not happy to find that after paying my bill and leaving a cash tip the restaurant charged an additional 22% to my credit card when I clearly wrote on the receipt that the tip was paid in cash. They may have received an additional couple bucks for that shady action but they lost repeat business in the process.
Such an amazing brunch! I donāt know why Issaquah doesnāt do brunch, but Flat Iron is the one spot that offers it all - artisan breakfast offerings paired with Brunchie cocktails. Itās the best!
Taco salad was pretty good š

We were pleasantly surprised with tasty dishes such as a breakfast twist on a chevito and croissant with steak.
The customer service was great, nice place for a group dinner. I had the salmon and it was a bit overcooked, didnāt enjoy it much.
Visited for Motherās Day dinner. Walked in stood by the podium then eventually sat down in the waiting area. 4 or 5 minutes later we were eventually asked if we had been helped. No big deal, I could tell they were busy. We sat down and our server checked in fairly quickly and listed off a host of things they were out of. Out of Filet, Ribeye, Crab stuffed halibut, etc. Again, excusing them for having a busy day and hoping that was all the quirks weād have. Ordered a bottle of wine, server came back, they were out of that too. So weāre not off to a great start here. We ordered and relaxed. About 12-14 min later some bread arrived: it was almost like warm dry rolls that had been sitting out. Dense; not very good; but the nice butter was a compliment: Food arrives and we all get our steaks. Now we eat out a lot, and Iāve had a lot of steaks. Two of 3 of our steaks were NOT what we ordered. Never had a NY strip look like the one I received and another member of our party same scenario. I assume they ran out of what we ordered as they had so many other things and said ājust bring them theseā. Might be wrong but these were not resembling of the cuts two of 3 of us ordered. They didnāt ask to cut into them or check the temperature but once we did again, 2 of 3 of us were well over a medium rare as ordered. We didnāt want to fuss and carried on with dinner. Steaks were on the dry side and semi flavorless. Sides were good, Brussel Sprouts and asparagus both very well cooked.

Overall it was just āfineā. Hopefully our experience was just an isolated one.
Delicious, perfect vibe, as casual or nice as you want your experience to be, not cheap but more than worth the price.
Great drinks, food is off the hook good.
Edit. Went to dinner last night. Had beef tartare, beef wellington, and bread pudding. So good.
