Ordered hot milk tea with bubbles. Server didn’t put bubbles in and would not make it with. Argumentative and blamed us claiming the two of us who heard the order hadn’t ordered them.

Do not tip here. Poor service and staff.

Long term customer now an ex-customer. Won’t go back.

The worst boba milk tea I’ve ever had. Taste simply like water. Do not waste your money.

I ordered a taro mochi cake and a mochi dessert. The mochi was so thick, and hard to chew. It tasted like it was taken out of the freezer…The texture was off. The mochi was salty but the cake was sweet. The combination was very strange and it’s very pricey for what it is.

Will not go back or recommend.

Also, the service was pretty much non existent. Self order was good but they didn’t greet or call my number when food was ready. They just left the food there.

I liked their atmosphere and the cat theme. But to me food quality is more important.

Interesting thing is the displayed taro cake is as big as the entire box, but the same price chocolate cake was much much smaller. The displayed items are misleading.

I spent in total $48 but they didn’t offer a plastic bag. Very bad experience

Amazing desserts I recommend the chocolate dog cake it’s rich in dark chocolate and the cake in the middle is soft and fluffy. The drinks are good and they have lots of topping options. Lots of options with drinks and snacks. They have some savory things like sausages which are pretty good too. Very friendly people and fast service. Sometimes it can a little expensive but it’s worth the price.

This place is great as long as you don’t mind being forced to tip after ordering from a tablet and then waiting 25 minutes for a milk tea.

I’m just going to be blunt. The customer service here is really bad. It was my first time coming in and was excited to try it. I ordered a drink that had red bean in it and had never tried red bean in a tea drink before. I did not like it at all and I asked if I could either have it remade with boba or if I could exchange it for something else. They would not do that, so I asked if I could have my order refunded. They would not do that either. Now, I understand if someone was abusing the system and constantly asking for returns or exchanges, but that was not the case at all. This is not right at all and extremely poor customer service. Not to mention that patrons are forced to add a tip, as there is no other option. That in itself is quite shady since tipping is optional anywhere else.

Nice tea not too sweet but long wait

Incredibly sketchy business practices, I don't even know if this is legal. For reference: this happened at 11:30am on Monday, May 21st.

I brought in this coupon for a buy-one-get-one milk tea. I tried to order:

(1) a pudding milk tea and
(2) a brown sugar fresh milk tea.

I was told that only the plain milk tea qualifies. But the coupon says I can get ANY milk tea. So apparently fresh milk tea isn't the same as "any milk tea"? Giving me the option of just one milk tea does not match the coupon of "any milk tea." AVOID!!! They do not honor their coupons.
