I love this place, but the only downside is that they use too much plastic. Everything is disposable, from the cutlery to the glasses. Coming from Europe, I’m not used to seeing such a constant accumulation of items in the trash. I hope they will become more environmentally friendly. It’s not because I’m a snob, but because it takes minimal effort to make a big difference.

Both the front desk and managerial staff exhibited notable issues that significantly impacted my experience.The front desk staff, a young lady, appears to need additional training, and the manager demonstrated a lack of essential management skills. Despite the almost empty store, I waited for 30 minutes without any acknowledgment of my presence, despite engaging in continuous conversation with my daughter. It was only when I inquired about my bubble tea order that I was informed it hadn't gone through. Astonishingly, the front desk employee admitted she was aware of my intent to order but neglected to inform me of the unsuccessful transaction, leaving me waiting without any notice.The manager's handling of the situation was equally disappointing. There was a lack of competence in addressing urgent matters and deficiencies in basic management skills. When confronted, the manager's response was unprofessional, questioning whether I expected him to reprimand his employee in my presence.In summary, the service provided by both the front desk and managerial staff did not meet expected standards. The lack of awareness, responsiveness, and professionalism during this incident is disheartening. I hope this feedback serves as a prompt to address these concerns and enhance the overall customer experience at your store.

It’s been a few months ago, when I ordered a boba milk tea during their ‘newly opened’ promotion. The ads said: buy 1 and get 1 free.What I got: 2 cups of the exact same drink because you’re not allowed to order 2 different drinks.Well, I can’t drink 2 boba milk teas at once, so by the time I got to the 2nd drink, I found out that all the ‘bobas’ were in the first drink and there were none in the 2nd.So … annoyingNever went back and never going …Employee of the month was having her monthly ? the cafe was colder just from her attitude

Eee!! What a cute café!! I got the taro crepe cake and it was sooo soft and buttery and delicious! I can’t wait to go back and try literally everything else. The atmosphere was calming and welcoming, and the staff were very helpful!Vegetarian options: The desserts and drinks are all vegetarian, but I don’t think there was anything savory that was vegetarianWheelchair accessibility: The shop is on the first floor with a wide door. It is not an automatic door, so that part is tricky, but the inside has a lot of space to sit in a wheelchair by a table

Was excited for this place since we used to go to the one in Seattle all the time, but the apple falls far from the tree in this case. We've spent enough here to accumulate 200 loyalty points (I think this means $200+ over the few months they've been open..). When we tried to use these points for a drink, their POS POS system wouldn't let us pay the quarter we owed. The two workers had no idea how to charge us $0.25, so naturally they spent 15+ minutes trying to convince us to not use our points, refusing cash, escalating to an on-call manager, and bumbling around with their POS system. This was after they had already made the drink so that makes a lot of sense. Then the baby started crying and we left without our drink. All for a stupid quarter.
