Very lovely cute donut shop with friendly nice service but they had cold donuts on Sunday morning. They did not taste fresh baked. They tasted a day or two old.

Generally speaking my experiences here have been good.

However, when your signage says you are open at 5AM, your website says you are open at 5AM, and Google says you are open at 5AM, but you are not open and your employees are not even there starting by opening time, then I am going to be very upset.

Friday morning I always get donuts here or Chucks in Renton if I'm headed to work from my house. Since I was in town I was gonna get em here. Low and behold they dont even have anyone in baking.

Can't depend on anything these days.

I don't know if my experience was because it was 11AM so not exactly peak donut time. They only have a handful of donut flavors available which wasn't such an issue because I wanted a plain glazed but the donut did not taste fresh at all. I also ordered a chai latte with a shot of espresso and it tasted like they just added drip coffee possibly instead of a shot? Very watered down.

I don’t kno why this place isn’t bumping on a weekday morning! They have a large variety of drink options, unique seasonal & classic donuts are so amazing and staff are extremely kind!

I went through drive through and order 4 donuts. They handed to them to me in 4 individual bags. All of the frosting was stuck to the inside of the bags. I would say at least half the frosting was lost to the bags. It's crazy that is they serve them to you.

I got the seasonal pineapple fritter, and it was underwhelming. The fritter wasn't crisp enough, the pineapple seemed tough and dry, and although I had read that there was lime in the icing, the lime flavor didn't come through at all. The latte was also lackluster. I've had bites of other donuts from here that were good, and the service was great – the friendly service bumped my overall rating from 3 stars up to 4.

Stopped in Sunday, sold out... told to come in the AM. Returned next morning, sold out... told to order online. Ordered online returned next day AM to pick up, no order prepared... sold out. Are you in the Doughnut business??? I'm stupid to try to do business with Top Pot.

Well staffed, friendly and fast service.
I was also really happy that they an offered discount on drip coffee refills. I got a large coffee refill with oat milk for $1. Great deal!

Great donuts, okay food and coffee, chronically understaffed. By no fault of the employees, this is consistently the slowest drive through coffee spot I go to. Management needs to hire more people and make these employees’ lives easier. They are always flustered and behind because management does not put enough help on the schedule.

-The donut holes are substantive
-Raised donuts are like biting a pillow
-The woven donuts (like fritters) have to be ripped apart
-The ovaltine lattè is flavorful and mellow at the same time

Worth going a little further into town
