My husband ordered take out for my sons and I. There was a mix up with our order and within 5 min of our delivery the nicest gal (I believe the manager) delivered the rest of our order. She was the sweetest person and delivered it with a genuine smile ! Thank you for going out of your way! Our order wouldn’t be complete without those yummy bread sticks!

This place is a shadow of its former self. I used to deliver pizza here back in 2013-2014. I thought the staff and the food was the best in town. Even years after whenever I would come back it still held true to what i knew it as. The staff were Friendly and outgoing, the pizza was amazing but not anymore. It's truly sad to see how far zeeks fell. Everything is now electronic and all interactions with staff seem forced and impersonal.

The quality of the food is what keeps me coming here, because the service sucks. No better way to put it. I’ve only had good service twice, and that was because I sat at the bar, and a very nice bartender was on shift.
For people that are new to this place, this is the service: sit yourself; if you have kids, you are the one in charge of fetching your booster / high chair; use a QR code to look at the menu, place the order, and pay; it’s not unusual for you to have to remind the server to bring water, and spice rack, if it isn’t there already; they won’t check on you, to the point that I’ve had to stand up on several occasions to go get what I need, including standing up to go get my to-go box.
It’s basically a DIY place, with someone bringing the pizza, and drinks to you. Please don’t expect 20% tips for this kind of service. I would honestly rather have a 100% DIY: I go get my water, and pizza, than having to be in the awkward position of tipping 10-15% depending on how bad service was that particular day.

Dirty, dirty, dirty. The walls, the glass surrounding the kitchen, the tables, the chairs, the floors, the dishes. D.I.R.T.Y!!We took my son and his friends for pizza for my son’s birthday. Door was locked over 30 minutes past open time so a guy from the kitchen ran over to unlock the door, let us know he was the only person working, asked us to sit and use the QR code to order. He also shared that servers not showing up for work “happens often.” I felt badly for him. As we looked around to take our seats, all I could notice is how dirty the place is. From top to bottom. I didn’t bother looking into the kitchen, or I might not have eaten. The pizza was okay at least (fingers crossed we don’t get sick). A server did end up showing up and he had a big problem with sanitation also. He had longer hair, kept touching his face and hair and never washed, but proceeded to touch ice, serve drinks, serve pizza and hand out napkins and plates. I was very uncomfortable and don’t plan to return any time soon.

Very good pizza, but very expensive. Unfortunately inconsistent service. About half the time we’ve ordered from this location using the website and a scheduled pickup time, they hadn’t even started cooking the pizza by the scheduled pickup time. Again, really good food. But a bit of a risk if you’re on a clock.

Something has happened. It's been about a year since I've been here. The pizza used to be a bit thicker and more tasty. It's still good but, not as good as it used to be. Also they've gone to an all electronic menu and ordering system. Seems very impersonal. I went on the Sunday before Cyber Monday and the restaurant was deserted. I'm not sure if this is due to the holiday or if it's because the pizza quality has diminished? I will look for a better pizza place in the future.
