Second time eating here and it was another great experience. I really appreciate that they have their gluten free options clearly labeled. Last time I got the pizza and it was by far the best GF pizza I've had. This time I had their spaghetti and meatballs and it was delicious! I could tell it was made with fresh ingredients. Our waitress was awesome, too.
First time trying Backstage! I did the La Tua Pasta which is a build your own. I chose the alfredo sauce with fettuccine noodles and chicken for the protein. I also requested the add a small bit of pesto into the alfredo sauce. Pasta was good quality and thicker than something you’d get store bought which I really enjoyed. As a group we split the meatball appetizer (didn’t get a photo) which was also really delicious and came with a side of naan flatbread and freshly shaved...
This incredible place is tucked away next to an old vintage theatre. Branded, i would assume, with the theatre in mind, but this place seriously stands on its own! The food, the old world vibe, and our host were perfect.
