I’ve been going to Burger King for 20+ years. Slowly, most of these establishments have lost what made them special. All but this one! Truly, Sarah and the team are what this world needs more of. Kindness and consideration aren’t common, Sarah is special! It would have been so simple for her to tell me the same thing I had already been told, instead, she listened and she empathized! Thank you so much.

I went inside and ordered ONLY A COOKIE. Upon ordering i was ignored by not 1 but 2 employees at the till, and I never ended up getting my cookie! Waited 15 minutes. Now I've actually worked at Burger King before, and know for a FACT that unless they were baking a new batch (they werent) it should never take that long for one damn cookie.

Just ordered delivery, ordered whopper combo @ 8:30. Only took 15 minutes to arrive. Fries were cold and old, like they were from the night before. So disgusting that I didn't bother to eat them. Burger was cold with a stale bun. Whoever runs this place should have their franchise taken away.

I have a daughter with a medical condition that requires us to use restrooms very regularly! From Vader to the children's hospital in Portland. Needless to say we have seen some pretty disgusting bathrooms that my daughter 100% wouldn't use and would rather mess herself then to enter the bathroom. With that being said we stopped at Burger King to grab her some French toast and duty called so we went to the bathroom to find it smelling clean and looking very clean! We were both astonished at how clean it was. I know not many people will understand our situation but I will for sure be stopping in to support this clean running business! Thank you burger king!
