My debit card was accidentally left at the drive thru window and management/staff kept it secure and returned it upon me noticing it was gone with ID checked. I really appreciate the integrity of the staff. The receipt was wrapped around the card and kept in the managers office. Thank you Burger King Kelso staff!!!

I had a great experience at Burger King! The service was fast and friendly, and the food was hot, fresh, and exactly what I ordered. I used to love BK breakfast sandwiches. Today I got the most tasteless sandwiches I have ever eaten there. The sausage egg cheese biscuit barely had any flavor and wasn't even hot the croisandwich wasn't much better. I picked up breakfast at 10AM. I ordered small#1 and large #5. I was not offered choice of beverage I was given black coffee no offer for cream or sugar and the service was just ho-hum. My days of BK breakfast are over. I can eat warm sand just about anywhere without paying for it!

Got rushed in the drive thru, when there was no one else in the drive thru. Cashier was not nice at all. Food was alright, but we had food missing out of our order, and the fries had no salt.
Service was excellent. GM was friendly and very helpful.

Left cheese off my order. Went back to replace it. Employee never said a word. Just looked in my bag, threw it in the trash and walked away. When I asked what was happening, a manager showed up, never apologized for the mistake. I told her I wanted my money back and she proceeded to give me the wrong change since she never even looked at the receipt. When I put the money she handed me on the counter, a coin bounced literally 1 inch off the surface, and she freaks out accusing me of throwing money at her. The whole exchange is caught on camera. The regional manager will now hear about this manager's unprofessional attitude, and I pray they look at the footage. Terrible service. Horrible management. They weren't even busy.
