I have a daughter with a medical condition that requires us to use restrooms very regularly! From Vader to the children's hospital in Portland. Needless to say we have seen some pretty disgusting bathrooms that my daughter 100% wouldn't use and would rather mess herself then to enter the bathroom. With that being said we stopped at Burger King to grab her some French toast and duty called so we went to the bathroom to find it smelling clean and looking very clean! We were both astonished at how clean it was. I know not many people will understand our situation but I will for sure be stopping in to support this clean running business! Thank you burger king!

Worst burger king ever. My family eats at burger king atleast once a week. On our way home from a nice little trip with our 5 kids we make a stop at our usual burger king that we stop at on our way home from the coast. We arrived at 9:20pm and the manager and another staff came out to smoke she was clearly annoyed made sure we heard her say to him the lobby closed in 30mins. We rushed in hurried to eat and feed our kids ages 2-10. Our food was cold and we threw most of it away due to being rushed out. She continued to yell every few minutes from the kitchen how many minutes we had. I took 4 of our 5 kids out at 9:59 as my husband finished cleaning up our mess. My husband walked up to the counter asked the gentleman working who their district manager was and for corporates number. The girl stepped in front of him and aggressively said what do you want I'm the manager my husband continued to ask for the corporate number and district managers name. She refused continuing to yell at him to leave the store. My husband asked for her name because she wasn't wearing a name tag she refused to give him any information. She threated to call the cops on my husband because he wouldn't leave even tho he was cleaning up and asking for those people's names and number, which we know she didn't want to give because she new she was in the wrong.

My debit card was accidentally left at the drive thru window and management/staff kept it secure and returned it upon me noticing it was gone with ID checked. I really appreciate the integrity of the staff. The receipt was wrapped around the card and kept in the managers office. Thank you Burger King Kelso staff!!!

I had a great experience at Burger King! The service was fast and friendly, and the food was hot, fresh, and exactly what I ordered. The Whopper is always a classic—it’s juicy, flavorful, and just the right amount of smoky from the flame-grilled patty. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the location was, including the seating area and restrooms. I used to love BK breakfast sandwiches. Today I got the most tasteless sandwiches I have ever eaten there. The sausage egg cheese biscuit barely had any flavor and wasn't even hot the croisandwich wasn't much better. I picked up breakfast at 10AM. I ordered small#1 and large #5. I was not offered choice of beverage I was given black coffee no offer for cream or sugar and the service was just ho-hum. My days of BK breakfast are over. I can eat warm sand just about anywhere without paying for it!
