It should not take over 15 minutes for a small order when they aren't that busy, especially after ordering ahead of time. I watched a few other orders get made and handed out before mine. So much for fast food.

Placed a mobile order, pull up to drive through and say I have a mobile order. I get told to wait as they are back up, I again said I have a mobile order and was told a second time to wait. Knowing they already have my order I pulled forward. Got told at the window the kitchen is behind on orders and to please pull around. I've been waiting for 10 minutes and still no food maybe you guys should hire more people if your that short staffed you can't handle 3 people inside and 3 people in drive thru. There is now 8 cars lined up so much for fast food

Food was not good it was put together like slop and tasted like it was Old food not fresh ingredients and veggies were Old and everything was soggy and nasty at this Burger King not every burger king just this one and I waited 2 years to go back to Burger King. Very disappointing.

When you go for chicken fries and chicken nuggets and get parked every single time for over 5+ minutes no matter the day; don’t call yourself fast food. They are supposed to be made ahead of time and sitting in a heat rack for easy and fast service, and also do not take 5 minutes to cook.

Update: Bro yet again we got told to wait in the front for chicken fries. Can you guys please learn to have chicken fries premade already. Most people dont even like fresh chicken fries. Just make a ton early in the day off the bat people come onWaited about 10+ minutes to get our order taken and to the car (there was only one car ahead of us and they were already served and passed through) because they had to make fresh chicken but didnt make fresh fries so we got hot chicken but cold fries when they couldve made fresh fries in the time they took to make the chicken. Very friendly worker behind the counter. Although her appearance wasn’t what we expected, she was extremely friendly and courteous. Took our order quickly and asked multiple times if we needed any extra condiments. The order was fulfilled very quickly. Within about 3-5 minutes. For a Burger King, this was a decent location to stop and order at.

Have to give a solid 4. Ordered dinner - dine in - chicken / burger / fries / cheese tots and mozzarella sticks- Bit of a wait for cashier but friendly none the less. Dining area very clean (empty). Drive thru busy - Food all good except the mozzarella sticks- just bland and seemed to be different than the old days. Fries a bit dated. Tots were by far the best!Error on my order - but admitted by cashier. I would have never known of the mistake had they not admitted. They refunded and made it right - Solid 4 - but not quite perfect. Would return
