Burgerville is and has been the Northwests version of In and Out burger. It's a bit more expensive but I believe it's absolutely worth it, from taste to how I feel Afterwards. It isn't your average fast food place. It's worth a try if you have never been Chances are you won't regret it.

This place is amazing. It only seems to be south/southwest WA, so anytime I am in area I ❤️ coffee milkshakes. Always has a new seasonal menu item to try whether Yakima onions, strawberries, mushrooms or zucchini. It also uses real Tilamook cheese which is real flavorful instead of bland, fake regular American cheese people seem to love. It can be expensive, but worth it for the flavor and seasonal menu items of the food. The atmosphere and service has been superb for I have dined in and used drive thru. Recommend if you have not tried a Burgerville.

Drive thru..... I was helped right away, but took a bit for the food. Eating in your car is never glamorous but am so thankful that this time..... there was not messy and saucy packaging to get all over y fingers and onto the steering wheel.

Burgerville is supposed to be open until 11:00 p.m. I showed up to order in the Drive-Thru at 10:58 p.m. and they told me they were closed and afterwards I learned from Google that they are supposed to take your order and serve you as long as you are there to order before 11:00 p.m. so to the person who was too lazy to do their job thoroughly I recommend either correcting your mistake or finding a different job. Some compensation for the mental anguish I had to suffer from the false advertising would be cool to make things right. I don't like showing up right before closing but I was in a pinch and was in need of good customer service but got turned down hopefully things will be better there in the future.
We got there when a bus had arrived with like 25 kids so we knew it would be a long wait. The staff did great! I wasn't impressed with the burger. Nothing special. The milkshake however, was top notch!

The food is always good, but I’m disappointed by the tip prompt in the drive-thru. Being asked to tip in that setting feels unnecessary and takes away from what should be a quick, convenient experience. I hope they reconsider this approach.

My family and I came in tonight for a quick bite while we were on the road and had a wonderful experience! Kyler is amazing and so kind - he did such a wonderful job at walking me through my options since I have Celiac disease. My husband, parents, and I were all so pleasantly surprised with how informative and thoughtful he was!! It’s been about 2 hours since I had my meal and I’m confident there was no gluten cross contamination. Our burgers and fries were also phenomenal 😋
