The cake designers don't know how to spell. I went in to get a graduation cake. I had wanted "Congratulations Cameron", I got "Congradulations Camron" (see photo). When I went back to complain, I got awful customer service. I do not recommend getting anything from this place. This was after waiting a half hour for the store to open because their opener didn't show up on time.

First time at Dairy Queen. Gf wanted a ice cream. I decided to have large fry & 2 chicken strips. I belive they gave me someone's order from hours ago. Dry as can be and low temp. I'm good for life.

Went to the drive-through to grab a quick dessert, and found myself waiting in line behind seven other cars in front of me. The service was very slow, but it was worth the wait. Just have to sit back, relax, turn up the radio and enjoy relaxing while waiting.

I went in March 13, 2025 around 5:30 PM, to get one of those orange milkshakes. I figured they’d use real orange juice, but instead I got what appeared to be an overdose of tang, extremely sweet, and not very well mixed because I kept getting these chalky chunky orange flavored tang pieces in my mouth.

I placed an order through DoorDash. I got my food it was not warm my dasher was very fast so it was not her. My large Dr Pepper had no ice in it was nothing but carbonation. Then as I’m on the phone with the dq employee she is yelling at one of the other employees because she did not check the Dr Pepper

Ran through drive thru on my lunch hour. Got chicken strips, fries & a cone. They were so gross, I chocked down 1 strip & a few fries and thew the rest away. They tasted SO gross - they obviously need to change their oil. The girl working the drive thru was super nice and polite and the ice cream cone was good!
This location isn't the best. Never got my points on the app. Forgot my gravy and when I got it it was probably 200 degrees. Blizzards are always good though.
