Worst experience at a Dutch i’ve ever had, there was a young woman with long dark hair at the window eating and drinking i’m assuming she was on her break. Eating at the walk up window you may ask? I’m not sure, I walk up and she gives me the rudest look, I ask “wrong time?” trying to be funny, when you were the one eating on your break at the WALK UP WINDOW. She replies “actually yes” and then I proceed to give my order because that’s not my problem. Don't want customers coming up to you on your break? Don’t eat at the window you take order from customers at. Pretty much common sense, she half ass takes my order and then just walks away. Another gal comes up and takes my order says “sorry about that” and then they still made the drink wrong. Horrible experience. A customer shouldn’t feel embarrassed for going to the walk up window, that’s what it’s there for.

First there was an employee sitting in the window, very unprofessional! It took so long to get our drinks with only 2 cars ahead of us that the blended eagles we got were melted and super runny!

Went through the drive thru and got the most horrible service. Drive through Kelso 12:15 Sunday. Young dark haired gal extremely rude...extremely. Had another gentleman help me. Ordered a vanilla steamer and frappe for the boys and I ordered a Nitro Cold Brew and got a giant cup of milk. I have a picture. RIDICULOUS. I always love Dutch bros so SUPER dissatisfied and disappointed

We love Dutch for the consistency, friendly staff and variety.
Prolly the only chain coffee place I will go to never a bad experience. I have seen them in the worst weather with the best attitude when they come out of the shack to take an order only company that I have seen do this and it makes things so fast. Even when it's my first time at a location I feel like a regular. The coffee is ok. The staff is really what makes Dutch. Please develop a peanut butter cup drink!

Just stopped here, the lady taking my order had no clue about the drinks they offer or how to simply take my order or make it correct. Ordered a redbull Italian soda, charged for it to only have club soda. No redbull. Just frustrating, there were 5 or 6 people in the stand playing around sitting on the window openings. Just not professional at all.
