Prolly the only chain coffee place I will go to never a bad experience. I have seen them in the worst weather with the best attitude when they come out of the shack to take an order only company that I have seen do this and it makes things so fast. Even when it's my first time at a location I feel like a regular. The coffee is ok. The staff is really what makes Dutch. Please develop a peanut butter cup drink!

Just stopped here, the lady taking my order had no clue about the drinks they offer or how to simply take my order or make it correct. Ordered a redbull Italian soda, charged for it to only have club soda. No redbull. Just frustrating, there were 5 or 6 people in the stand playing around sitting on the window openings. Just not professional at all.

i came here to pick up some drinks for family i ordered my drinks and for the first time in the 8 years I've been going here i was told that they don't do the 1/2 sweet mocha.
So either the person who took my order doesn't know the menu or told me a lie because they didn't have the item in stock

Ever since I moved down here I left Starbucks and switched to Dutch Bro. They are sweet and kind people. The coffee ☕ is great and they have my flavor, Starbucks doesn't. Can't wait to try them this summer too.

The girl who took my order was pretty rude. I ordered my drink that was written down and she got it wrong and when I corrected her she was very rude about it and I still ended up receiving the wrong drink.

This place cld use some better lighting, Brain is the best but has moved to another location, 😞 the customer service here sometimes is hit or miss, but Bro's is my go to favorite Coffee shop. I always have a Dream Weaver Breve. Or a Christmas Morning.
