Not good. The food made my stomach hurt. Lots of diarrhea. I painted his bathroom brown. Also, the staff doesn't speak Spanish very well.

I love it!.I've been here at this establishment a couple of times already.And each time I love it.The food, the service/hospitality.The ladies are really nice and are on top of providing great service to their customers.Tonight I had two orders of the deep fried ice cream, and my meals with a side of the chunky guacamole.Well worth the price!.It is salted just right, with lime juice and paired well with the seafood chimichanga ordered, I forgot the name of the dish. And the shrimp quesadilla, was a meal itself, it also pairs well with the chunky guacamole.

Popped in on a sunny December Sunday around 3PM for an early dinner with my family. This place has been a Mexican restaurant for years, and apparently has recently changed owners or names (or maybe both). In any case, the vibe is still typical Mexican restaurant, the food is still delicious, the drinks still great, and the service still quick.Upon arrival, complementary chips and salsa arrived at our table with glasses of water and a server took our drink orders. They also offered bean dip, which had some cheese on it. I'm not sure if this was complementary or not.I can't remember what everyone else ordered, but I had the arroz con pollo with flour tortillas. It was delicious! super flavorful, and a massive portion with plenty of chicken.I know it was a bit early in the day, but only one other person came in while we were there to dine in. I don't recall seeing anyone come in for pickup orders. Surprising for how good this place is.

I got the shrimp salad and the shrimp was cooked so deliciously. My friend got a steak and shrimp burrito (ranchero burrito) and it was cheesy, meaty goodness. Service was exceptional. And the drinks were great too.

This has to be the best Mexican restaurant I have ever been to. I was previously in the military and have traveled all over, and still this is the best. The food comes out hot, but your plate isn't scorching like most other restaurants. The other places reheat their food, but this place you can tell is fresh. It doesn't come out right away, which is OK because their salsa is to die for. Hands down the best Mexican food. Well done Soltero's!

Maybe I’m just spoiled to the Mexican food down south, but the food here is just AWFUL. The worst Mexican food I’ve ever experienced. The service wasn’t any better. I would rather eat at Taco Bell than this place.
