I love this place. Absolutely love it. Great music, good sound system and great people. It's got a horror thing which is really rad. Lots of posters and horror movies running. The food is good and the bar is awesome. I recommend a trip to Erebus.
Parking: Right in the middle of Kelso.
Kid-friendliness: Most shows are 21 plus but sometimes they have 18 plus shows with younger if they have their guardian with them.

This place is fantastic! The owners are great, bar line moves quick, the pizza place inside has amazing food!! Great place to hang out, has live music events and other cool stuff going on. And there is so much cool stuff to look at, on every single wall!!!!!

i was invited to participate in gay pride, and the host threw a fit, and dropped out. i addressed it because i have been bullied for years by this person to only be uninvited.. i was called drama and accused of dividing the lgbt community, something ive actually taken on our city council, to include us all. this person, Pip Kennedy, aka Honey Heart is now back in proving mine and other locals point.. Erebus has been contacted and had complaints, only to delete them and hide their participation in the bullying.. i have been Dowing drag here for over 20 years, discrimination after discrimination, read to kids in drag, to have 2 city council members go in with their religouse bs and have them shut down, after they cut the budget.. most people know me, and now ask where ive been. i tell them about the bullying and this club, as i know most town gossips, so it should spread fast! this club catered to the unexclusive bullying of Honey Heart... while pretending to want to bring the community together, when clearly they use us for the income! the owners are as trashy as this place looks! i have lost real world jobs because of this person.. a smear campaign that a whole theatrical Facility is helping me with as bulling from this community and the drag has given me Borderline personality disorder.. i am the effects of bullying and as i go out more, people know and ask.. like our last mayor who met with me once a week. i had people coming that WOULD NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT PLACE BESIDES..

4 stars just for the oddity alone. Really not a run of the mill joint for Kelso/Long iee - which is a good thing. Hold lots of odd local events. Clearly have a supportive, albeit small-ish community.

Went to see the band Truculence and a few other bands. It was great. The staff is friendly and funny. The owners work hard, but still mingle with the crowd. There was a raffle with cool prizes.
Wheelchair accessibility: The door is wide and there is a ramp. Plenty of room between tables.

Yes it's known as a "metal bar" but it's also for people who have a taste for punk rock, horror movies sci-fi movies, cheesy B-movies, great food (check out my review for Papa Zuzus pizza), cheap drinks and good times. Staff and regulars are all friendly and welcome everyone (bigots, racist, sexist, and haters of all kinds are excluded) come out and enjoy live music, horror movies bingo, game night, dance night and many more events coming up.
