Bad customer service. Bad service in general. had to wait to get rung up, and when I got my food it was SOOOOOO wrong. I just got a burger patty with the wrong fries (JUST THE PATTY NOTHING ELSE). They didnt remake it they just gave me a bun and sent me on my way. Missing a second patty, bacon and cheese. I wasn't about to waste more of my time in there with people who dont know how to work fast food, and that's coming from someone that currently works fast food. I usually order online, and 90% of the time my orders correct.

It's Jack in the box, the sourdough jack used to be awesome, now it's a 15 dollar pile of 🚩 For the price you can go to a real restaurant and get real food. This place has gone downhill at every location. For the price it is absolutely not worth it..IMO

I typically love jack in the box. Stopped here on my way home (almost hours away from home) went through the drive thru... the food was ok. Reasonably hot but the curley fries were all the little broken end bits which was a big bummer.. and my drink was all ice. Literally like 4 sips of soda so I looked in the cup and it was almost full over 3/4 of the cup with ice..

Probably one of the best fast-food experiences I've ever had. My food was made to order, so everything was fresh. My burger was juicy. My fries were full in the box and still hot. This store should be the model for all stores in Washington State. 10/10

I've never been stared at, yet felt so unacknowledged, as I did, when I got to the front of a two person line. My son was very disappointed when I explained to him that the same attention given to us would be the attention given to our food. After standing there like dummies for a while, We did not buy anything and left.

This place is immensely atrocious. I got to the drive thru window. The worker told me they’d be with me in a minute, 7 mins later they took my order. I get to the window. They run my card. Tell me to pull around to the front. Where I waited 10 more minutes. Then they tried to give me the wrong food entirely. Get it together.

I thought Jack in the Box was fast food. We waited over 15 minutes after paying for our food. There’s literally no one else here, so I’m not sure why the 3 workers combined cost produce 1 burger and some fries, but here we are. Finally gave up and left. There’s a reason all these reviews keep complaining about the slow service. Go to JJ right behind this location, save 30 minutes you’ll never get back.

I crave their greasy tacos! Fries are good too. They pulled out of our area years ago so when I get a chance I get my fill. This one is next to Starbucks so I have had dark roast and 2 tacos for breakfast 3 days in a row! LOL! I'll have withdrawals when I leave.

This was the wotst service ever in Kelso wa . my husband went in and ordered a popcorn chicken meal. he waited 10 mins as someone walked by and didn’t even take his order so he went thru drive thru and after getting the order they only gave not even a half box of popcorn chicken meal. when we ordered a small meal.. the box only had maybe 4 small popcorn chicken in the box . he went to return it and they told him that’s all they can give . but one time before we got the small box completely filled. with popcorn chicken. Service sucked and they didn’t give what we ordered or try to make it right..
