The food was pretty decent. But this review is for one thing. Note I have absolutely nothing against people who have Tourette syndrome, but if you can't control your hacking, coughing, spitting, and touching your face/hair, maybe food service isn't for you. It was kind of sickening to see him handling ALL the food. Also, he didn't wear gloves and didn't wash his hands between handling food, touching his face/hair, or working at the register.

Ordered 2 sets of fries and was asked to wait so they can make some fresh ones. Was very surprised as we didn’t even ask for fresh fries which is what we usually do. We were given a generous amount of sauces along with the fries. They were gone in minutes! Best fries we have ever had from any other Jack in the box locations!

Friendly staff. There were only 2 workers. Food was not good. Burger, chicken nuggets, chicken strips, fries were all cold. Definitely not worth the price paid. Chicken was also rubbery like they just tried to refry it to warm it some.

Yep, it's a Jack in the box. Nothing particularly good or bad about this location, a great example of how franchises should work.
We thought we'd pick up some quick food for lunch on Saturday, and we ended up waiting in drive thru for almost 45 minutes! There wasn't even a long lunch line!!! When we finally pulled up to the window, we could see the cashier joking with the staff, taking their sweet time. They all operate at one speed - SLOW! If that wasn't bad enough, while the cashier was standing around waiting on our food, she leaned over some other bags of food sitting at the soda fountain and began looking down her shirt! Not only was this inappropriate but unhygienic! We will not be going to this location again. Our food was also luke warm when we received it. If I get a response from the owner on Google, yes I have already made a formal complaint to your "heyjack" website, and only have received a confirmation email, but no follow up from a human being.

I had came here from Portland on my way to my brother’s house me and my family went inside for dine in after we came in we were greeted and She took my order. she was giving me attitude the whole time while I was ordering food for me and my family it was just terrible I felt so judged you could see it in her eyes she was a short old woman with blonde hair or something it was just terrible service I could hear her talking about us and our order to her other co workers! it was horrible service I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN and they need to learn manners this was terrible experience, as for the food it was cold and smashed together the fries were all over the bag
