Food was fresh, the girl taking our order (In drive thru) was quick and friendly. I think it was the same girl at the window, she was also quick and friendly there.
Bad customer service. Bad service in general. had to wait to get rung up, and when I got my food it was SOOOOOO wrong. I just got a burger patty with the wrong fries (JUST THE PATTY NOTHING ELSE). They didnt remake it they just gave me a bun and sent me on my way. Missing a second patty, bacon and cheese. I wasn't about to waste more of my time in there with people who dont know how to work fast food, and that's coming from someone that currently works fast food. I usually order online, and 90% of the time my orders correct.

It's Jack in the box, the sourdough jack used to be awesome, now it's a 15 dollar pile of 🚩 For the price you can go to a real restaurant and get real food. This place has gone downhill at every location. For the price it is absolutely not worth it..IMO

I typically love jack in the box. Stopped here on my way home (almost hours away from home) went through the drive thru... the food was ok. Reasonably hot but the curley fries were all the little broken end bits which was a big bummer.. and my drink was all ice. Literally like 4 sips of soda so I looked in the cup and it was almost full over 3/4 of the cup with ice..

Probably one of the best fast-food experiences I've ever had. My food was made to order, so everything was fresh. My burger was juicy. My fries were full in the box and still hot. This store should be the model for all stores in Washington State. 10/10

I've never been stared at, yet felt so unacknowledged, as I did, when I got to the front of a two person line. My son was very disappointed when I explained to him that the same attention given to us would be the attention given to our food. After standing there like dummies for a while, We did not buy anything and left.

This place is immensely atrocious. I got to the drive thru window. The worker told me they’d be with me in a minute, 7 mins later they took my order. I get to the window. They run my card. Tell me to pull around to the front. Where I waited 10 more minutes. Then they tried to give me the wrong food entirely. Get it together.
