Honestly, I don't mind paying for a decent VALUE. But everything with McDonalds food is just flat out wrong anymore. (25 years ago I loved McDonalds) Meat is bland and tasteless, cheese tastes like processed cheese spread, the bun is chewy, for me its simply an awful hamburger. A box full of small pieces of greasy french frys, and although the Coke was refreshing, they are putting them in a plastic cup once more! How in the world did we come full circle back to plastic cups again! The service, well folks its McDonalds, I don't go there expecting super service skills, but I do expect the food to be better than this. Never again, that was my last meal at McDonalds.

I'm done with all McDonald's. The fries don't taste as good as they used to when they used beef tallow to cook them in. The beef is flavorless. Prices got high with portions getting smaller.Ray Crock is turning in his grave over how far they have fallen.

I just had a horrible experience in the drive-through. Took about 15 minutes to get my grandson‘s happy meal and our chocolate shakes. The guy that helped me actually shut the window when I was in mid-sentence and then when I called to talk to the manager to complain, he answered the phone. I asked to speak to his manager, and he said they were not there, and refused to give me their names. He then ended up hanging up on me.

The lobby looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. We waited almost 30 minutes for our food and it came out cold.
If you all are going to charge high restaurant prices.. You really need to serve quality food instead of stale food that’s sat under the warmer for hours. And ya didn’t even get the order right! Not worth the money charged!!
