Shrinkflation has hit Panera Bread! We thought we'd stop for a nice sandwhich and ordered the cranberry walnut chicken salad sandwich. We got the smallest !!! sandwich I've ever seen. Even the chip bag was tiny. *sigh* I don't think we'll be going to Panera anymore. You can get a much better deal at any local independent bakery.

This location is terrible. They do not cater to dine in customers. I have tried several times, and the wait for food, once ordered is ridiculous! This place is terribly mismanaged.

Bought lunch here while charging our EV. We've stopped here on past trips and it has clearly gone downhill since those previous trips. Management has found a new way to keep the bathrooms clean: make them mostly unusable. In the men's, there was no toilet paper, no seat covers, only an empty soap dispenser at the sink, and the paper towel dispenser was empty, too. This wasn't just an employee forgetting to do a periodic check. The food was OK but the overall experience made me wonder if their back-of-house food handling is as bad as their front-of-house management.

Arrived here at 720 am, no one greeted us and waited for abt 3 minutes with no one at the register. I finally placed the order using the self-checkout. After 5-10 mins, someone came to our table to say that they just put the souffles in the oven and will take 15 minutes. I was okay with that. I checked at the register since it has been over 15 minutes and was told 5 more minutes and if i can’t wait, she will refund me. Why would you even atrempt to offer a refund at this point?!? They marked our order as complete after delivering 1 part of the order, though we waited more than 15 minutes to get the rest. Both people at Panera were not very helpful

A couple of my veteran friends and I went there on Veterans Day The entire staff including the manager was so nice and took exceptional care of us. The food is always fresh and delicious Thank you Kelso Panera
It is 730 on Friday night and some inside yells out we are closed ..but day they are open until 9.I am just going to cancel my sip club. It's the only Panera in the area and 9 times out 10 they get my drink or food wrong.

I ordered online and the pick up time was at 12:25. I had to wait an additional half an hour for my order to be ready. On top of that they didn’t have the soup I ordered prepared so I had to substitute. If you like to wait and gamble on your food go here.

I like Panera overall, a little overpriced but I prefer fresher food than you're getting at other places. Ill still never understand how every drive thru visit is 20-30 plus .... one time it was almost 45m. I dont dine in here but seems average from inside pick ups. Downfall is the lack of consistency in what is made, one day it's perfect the next visit its like I ordered something completely different, quality is the same.
Im literally sitting in the drive thru now. Its been 32 minutes and there was only 1 car with 2 people in front of me. But I also expected it.
Id love to see the management improve this location but we're in a few years and its seeming this is what we're getting for cowlitz.
