Placed a mobile order for a drive thru pick up. Once we pulled up to the window, no body came and said anything for 10 mins. Finally the girl comes with an attitude, says a name really fast hands us the food and walks away. The bag was not ours. We tried to call the girl back. She comes back with the nastiest attitude. Some people are really so miserable in their life.

Had vegetarian sandwiches which are good. Hope they will serve lesser doses of coffee in future! Around 8 oz.

The food is good- really overpriced for what it is though. You’ll sit in line for 30-45mins for a sandwich, and if you do a Mobile order by the times it’s ready you’ll have to stand at the window for a good 10mins before the worker will acknowledge you asking for help or standing there and all while you’re waiting for your food they’re all standing in a group together talking not even working on your order.

The coffee station was out of coffee, hot water for the tea was warm, not hot. The food preparation was slow, soup was barely warm.

Usually stop here on road trips to charge EV and get lunch. Was surprised today by how much the tuna sandwich had shrunk compared to previous visits. And at 2:11pm all the coffee pots were empty, and it took them 28 minutes to brew a new pot. Looks like I will be looking for a different stop for our return trip.

For some reason this Panera is absolutely terrible at getting all items in the bag. Over half the time I go there, there’s always items missing I pay for.
Joyce never made eye contact and was really rude, trying to rush us through our order, not answering any questions, and no one else was waiting. Service was incredibly slow. Clearly didn't staff the A team today

They don’t know how to read their own tickets and when I suggested to the worker it was their own register error she was rude and abrasive with me. Ordered a “mocha latte” on the kiosk I selected -1 chocolate pumps which is equivalent to 2 (they come with three) their printer prints it out like it’s actually +2 (so made drink with 5 pumps)… at any rate the attitude of the employee was ridiculous when I told her my order was incorrect. I paid $8 for a coffee drink as it is, at least make it correctly. The error is paneras kiosks and systems. That’s what happens when you replace people with kiosks.

I have ordered a handful of times and about half the time I was missing something from my order. Tonight I paid $15 for a bowl of soup that came with a baguette and a side order of a baguette. I only received my soup and absolutely no baguettes.

I hadn’t tried this Panera location because I’d heard only negative reviews. I finally decided to try because I’ve enjoyed Panera at other locations. The place lived up to their reviews. I ordered ahead on the website and received notification that my meal was ready before I arrived. There was no line in the drive-thru and the dining area did not appear very busy. They had my meal ready for me, mostly, when I arrived at the window. I had a simple half sandwich and a soup and a bottle of water. They overlooked my water on the order and had to go find one “in the back”. After I reached my destination and prepared to eat, I found they did not give me any utensils for my soup, which I requested on my order. The worst part was the almost frozen sandwich on undersized bread that was falling apart. I won’t be returning to this location.

Excellent place to geab something delicious and healthy while getting DV charged in the plaza. Tried their Mediterranean sandwich with creamy tomato soup, and it was delicious. Also, I tried one with foccacia bread, and that too was filing. Service is great and ordering is easy.
