Well, if you like to take 3 hours for dinner, go to Red Lobster. They are quick to take your order. Slow to bring your food. Slower to bring the sides that go with your meal, only to forget some of the sides. Then come and tell you they didn't bring your side because they were out and would you like a different side. OK, we're on top of it because the different side came in a to go container.
Facility is nice. Service is lousy.

Everything was awesome except the biscuits they were dry. Usually they are so good and this time mome of us had more than 1. But my shrimp was sooo good!!

Despite the place being virtually empty, our server was ill informed and inattentive. Our 4 appetizers all arrived 5 minutes apart. We could only assume that the steaks had sat under the heat lamps as even though they were medium rare, they were dry af and tough as a saddle. My hand literally cramped trying to cut it. Two thumbs down

Great food, high prices. Had a daily deal ad from the internet and it even specified Kelso. But when I showed her the ad, she went and talked to her manager, and they said it's higher than that in Kelso by $5. But it said Kelso right on it and it was a Red lobster ad. Call beforehand and check it out, make sure you're getting the price you think you're going to from their own ad.

There was a waitress named Xan. We travel all over and eat at all kinds of restaurants. We like to track our favorite wait persons we've ever experienced. There are only half a dozen on that list from decades of travel globally, from many cruise ship experiences, etc. The last person to make the list was a 20-year veteran waiter at Hilton Head.
I am delighted to announce that Xan has made that list. Our experience with her was wonderful! It's worth going to the Kelso Washington Red Lobster just to experience the superior service, attitude, and friendliness shown by Xan. She seemed actually happy to be serving and showed her establishment in a great light. Red Lobster is blessed to have her. Give her a raise! 😀

Last night we had the absolute best meal and service that I have ever had at Red Lobster! Our server Sarah was so nice, friendly and attentive! Sometimes I feel like good service is a thing of the past, but she was a refreshing reminder that it isn’t! She was able to answer all of our questions about the food and had great recommendations! The seafood was all cooked perfectly, especially the lobster tails! The lobster wasn’t overdone or chewy, it was so tender and fresh! I haven’t eaten there in years but after last night, with the amazing service and food, we will be back!

The waitresses made me & my little girl feel so special, with their prompt attention to our needs, thoughtful birthday dessert and demo of how the lobsters can hold crayons haha! Was such a fun & special night!! Thanks so much!
We had a great time as a family tonight. Our waitress Cassi was amazing. She was super helpful with deciding what we wanted and just overall super friendly. We really enjoy coming here for dinner and love the atmosphere with family. Cassi was also so so nice when one of our kids accidentally spilled their drink and got them a new smoothie asap. Great food, excellent staff!
