The carpets are filthy; the seats are ripped to pieces some have duck tape and the landscaping is non existent! They were out of burger patties at lunch time. We will not go back.
Parking: There are handicap spaces and plenty of other spaces

I was soooo disappointed in this trip to Shari's. I am a former server at Shari's and always loved the assortment of pies...all they had here was banana cream and it was not at all like I have gotten in the past. I guess I should have known something was off when I walked in and saw one...ONE, pie in the case. Even the food was "off"...sure hope things improve!!

A very eh... experience. I just moved here from Texas and we love a good dinner. This place was smelly, the waitress was rude and the food was okay. Just go to Denny's across the street. Also we have gone twice for pie and both times, they didn't have any.

One person on staff serving and one cook as far as I could tell. Waitress was doing her best considering. My order was not great. The establishment came across as tired, run-down, and as though it had lived out its useful life.

The Shari's chain is generally good, but this one is long past its hay-day. I almost left because I ordered coffee and it took 18 minutes to get it, and the staff kept passing me by in too much of a rush to care. Saw my food get done and sit on the counter for a full 15 minutes on the counter before the waiter went to get it. Asked for my bill and after 20 minutes of not getting it, went up and waited by the front desk to get it.
Went back a few days later hoping it was just a bad day for the staff, but apparently it was just business as usual. It was raining and the ceiling was leaking onto the floor in 2 places. Asked for pie, but they were completely out. Said they make pies on Wednesday only, and they dont usually last past Monday the following week (i was there on a Tuesday). Very disappointed with this location.

Not sure what is going on...used to be a good sharis...but only thing good was waitress..who was completely alone as well. Ripped up seats...menus falling apart...food just not the usual..poor quality ingredients?..cook was working button off alone as well..and no pies at 7pm????
We visited Shari’s today on August 22nd 2024, Shari’s has been a go to for us in our small town but after today I will be seriously rethinking that. We came in with our 2 month old daughter and while our waitress was kind and on top of it, one of the other waiters ( Brent or Brett) was loudly talking non stop to everyone, cackling throughout the restraunt, had left money out on his station, was not cleaning up his section, he even went as far to pull out his own speaker and started playing music over the music that was already playing. He then went into the back and was loudly conversing with the cook, shouting and laughing. He was talking about getting in fights and being “sucker punched 4 times” and getting a tetinous shot and how he could step on rusty nails for the next 10 years. He completely ruined our dining experience and was not aware of his surroundings at all. I would give atmosphere zero stars if I could. An absolutely terrible and stressful experience.

My Denver omelet was burnt, my sourdough toast was burnt, and my hash browns were burnt on the outside, and under cooked. I'm an actual chef, and these mistakes are made by a child who has never cooked before.
