1st visit was average, but today was awful. Server and food was so bad. Had to ask for plates for appetizer platter, got two negative comments about it from server. Empty water glasses the entire visit. Sandwich bread was old and stale, soup was cold. Wasn't offered creamer for coffee, coffee got cold waiting so long to flag server down to request creamer. Husband's food was quiet delayed from other two entrees being delivered. Fruit was rotten. Server was worse than the food.

I ordered a side of fries there was barely anything there . I aslo order turkey bacon club house that was also ridiculous and the lack of fries with that as well. There was hardly any turkey (1 slice)and was just tossed together. Even gave a $5 tip

Came to the KELSO WASHINGTON LOCATION with my 2 sons and mother. We almost left before walking in due to a giant puddle full of cigarette buts and trash but we wanted to give it a chance. The server was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the classic BLT and there was a Hair in it clear as day. The server apologized and I had a new BLT in 2 mins which I thought was very odd and fast. I took 2 bites of the second one and found 2 more hairs. We left without paying this was disgusting. My son and mother who ate half of their food now feel ill so maybe I'm blessed my food had hair in it cause I didn't eat and get sick!!!!!

This place is slammed and they absolutely have the best attitudes..things are taking forever but worth it ..A++ effort by all ..not to mention they found a way to keep the restaurant super clean ..

Crazy pie day! ? Super sweet lady that helped me. They didn't have all the pie flavors I wanted but still had a variety and the best service! Thank you so much!
Waitress was rude and not friendly. The last straw for me not leaving a tip, which I normally always do was when a butter knife fell off the plate and landed in my lap when she was picking up the plates, and she said well darn that was not sharp enough. Then seeing my expression said I shouldn’t have said that. I mean who says that to a customer when a knife drops in their lap. Wish I could remember her name so I could file a complaint with her management. Food was not satisfactory as well.

Brett was a great server. He was very friendly and he put the orange juice in large to-go cups. The house made cheddar biscuits and gravy was incredible!
