I feel awful writing this but unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. The sushi was room temperature, and the miso soup was already separated, and just did not taste good.

I’m half Japanese and I LOVE this place!!! It reminds me of my mother’s home cooked meals!! The staff is very friendly and the service is great . I use to live in Vancouver where I had my favorite Japanese restaurants and now I have this one !Vegetarian options: I love the green world roll!!Parking: I have not had a problem.

The new owners have done well with this shift in change. The food was excellent. The service was wonderful. And it was a good price for what I had consumed. Will go back again.

The food is wonderful. The atmosphere is fun. The service is lovely. You might find it to be slower service because they really take pride and time in crafting the sushi but the food is VERY consistent. They have excellent miso. The presentation for their sushi is adorable! And they have specialty rolls that are vegetarian!Their ramen is also very good. I would love to have it more often but it's so filling tht it's hard to pair with sushi... why do I have to decide between the two?!!The owner is also there very often and he is very kind and bubbly. He takes so much pride in his work and brings joy to the table. I would keep coming just to let him share new creations and sample them because his passion is so delightful and innocent that I can't help but encourage it.Vegetarian options: I enjoyed the green world roll

The atmosphere was great wren I walked in. Got seated quickly. They have a huge menu and a lot to choose from.I asked for the Kings Eel Roll and California Roll but didn't talus my thumb was on the cucumber roll picture. She didn't understand and just took what my thumb was on. They did make it right so that was good. The King's roll was HUGE and delicious! Eel was tender with a few bones. Tasted great. The music suddenly changed into harsh rap with Back Seat Freestyle by Kendrick Lamar. This some has the N word several times along with how big his privates are, B's, etc. Vulgar and totally not appropriate for the restaurant. Only way I knew what song it was is because I asked on Shazam app. Again, not appropriate.Overall I would like a calm and semi-quiet atmosphere.

Best sushi I've ever had. Super pleased with the new owners. Family friendly. New favorite spot. I recommend the American Dream and their chicken and beef teriyaki.

I've eaten here a lot over the years. The service is good, they're quick to bring you your food and refill waters. The belt isn't always on but the lunch special is a fantastic deal(24 rolls for 15 bucks). They also recently added a new roll called Salmon World, it truely is hands down the best sushi roll I've ever had.

It was a surprise find for me and my family. Best chiken teriyaki hands down, best fresh sushi, yummy ramen, and presentation. Highly recommend, prices are reasonable as well.

I’m not sure how this place has the high rating it does….because it’s terrible.Service is abysmal, the sushi is some of the worst I’ve ever had, and the entire experience was garbage all around.$100 bucks for 4 orders of garbage sushi. Don’t waste your time, there’s better sushi restaurants in Vancouver. It also advertises that it’s a conveyer belt sushi restaurant but it’s not- so keep that in mind if you’re looking for quick and easy. There was NOTHING quick about this. Our server had 2 tables and still couldn’t keep up.

Dude the food here is perfect. The flavor, the texture, the presentation, every aspect hand crafted to perfection. I don't know what else to say. I've been to Japan and haven't had sushi this good. It's crazy!Parking: There's a laundromat next door so parking is limited, but well worth the trip nonetheless
