I tried to submit a review through subway but the store isn't popping up so I will leave it here very very good customer service from this store I want to give a special shout out to Dominick (Dom) he was very sweet and showed excellent customer service he definitely deserves a raise very friendly and made some awesome sandwiches you guys definitely did good hiring him if you want a good sandwich and top notch service go to the kelso subway 20/10 for customer service and friendliness he went above and beyond to help us you won't regret the pleasant conversation and fast service definitely recommend coming here!!!

Basic foot long sandwiches such as ham, turkey, etc. are now past the $10 mark on the menu before drinks or anything else. Subway isn't worth that price. How about cutting the crap with all of the coupons, apps, etc. and lower your menu prices. And Subway wonders why their restaurants are empty most of the time now....

Worst Subway I've ever been to, I ordered a turkey footling with extra olives, onion, and mayo, when I got my sandwich I had 3 olives on each half, 1 slice of onion and no evidence of mayo, went back in to complain and the lady with tattoos on her face and earrings everywhere told me that how the owner wants it done, the assistant manager came out and gave me extra Ingredients. Not the point since when did the price of subs go up and the Ingredients go down, ridiculous, DON'T GO TO THIS SUBWAY, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER,

It felt uncomfortable because it smelly sooo amazing when I went in the store like fresh food and I commented to the worker about how pleased I was with the smile it smelled so good in here and she didn’t say anything she didn’t laugh. She shouldn’t smile shouldn’t agree she didn’t disagree like she just was not happy to be there at all and I’m not used to that in Kelso Longview. Everybody’s just pretty much happy to be where they’re at, working or shopping… But then she asked me what I wanted to order and I ordered the Subway club, which is the most basic thing you can get there so that’s my fault lol but then I ordered their nacho thing that comes in a long box and she put one of those lunch sized bags of Doritos in the box which only had about 10 or 12 chips in this foot-long box, and I kind of wondered if she’s gonna put another bag in there only because it didn’t even cover the bottom at all we all know how many chips come in a lunch bag of chips, none… but either way then she put like a fingers amount the amount of cheese that you can grab with five fingers, not even your hand, but only your fingers and sprinkled it over the chips and then took a squirt of cheese and just ran along it and she asked me if I wanted steak or chicken on it. I told her chicken she took a half a piece of their chicken and cut it in strips and put it on there. I only got three pieces of chicken and then she toasted it to melt the nonexisting cheese and I asked her if she could put olives on it and she said I’m really sorry but we’re not allowed to switch things up at or remove which she did remove the onions and the spicy stuff but she wouldn’t put anything on it and all she said is they don’t allow us to edit their special items, but that she could put some olives on the side in a little teeny tiny cup with a lid not even a cup. It was a little teeny tiny like condiments container container and then she put three slices of ham three slices of turkey and two slices of pepper jack cheese and two slices of American cheese, which is what I ordered but then never asked me if I wanted mayonnaise or mustard or salt and pepper so then she toasted my sandwich because she asked me if I wanted it toasted so she toasted it and that’s when I remembered myself about the mayonnaise and mustard and salt and pepper oil and vinegar so then she just added everything the mayonnaise and mustard, salt and pepper on top of the meat and she only did one squeeze of mayonnaise, which we all know is not very much right in the center of the sandwich. She didn’t even spread it out or go in to end and I got a foot-long sandwich so I’ve pretty much just got meet with my bread and there were not any other customers in the store so she wasn’t in a rush to do dishes or to clean up or do anything when I walked in. She was just down there waiting for someone to come in so I wasn’t keeping her from doing anything otherwise I could see if she was in a rush that she would rush through my order. I remember when you’d go into Subway and you’d have meat and condiments in your sandwich enough to her. If you took a bite, it would slide out the other side cause there’s so much. I’m not trying to leave a bad review even though that’s what this is. this is about the third time now i love subway but i order double meat on the app and when i go to pick it up it is not double meat. they need to pay better attention to the receipts

Do NOT spend your time here. At 2pm there was a line out the door. I stood as the first person in line and waited 10 full on minutes watching the single employee fill 2 online orders. While 6 people are waiting in line. Hire. More. People ya idiots. Taco time in the same parking lot filled my order In 2.5 minutes.
