Edit: my wife’s rock hard sandwich with meat on half the sandwich gave her food poisoning. They cooked my churro so long it was rock hard by the time I got home. I live 5 minutes away from the store. You’ll be hearing from our lawyer. Good day to you.Whiney little prick with the white nikes and the sides of his head shaved working at 7:41pm 03/27/2024 was an absolute douchebag about me ordering a churro after he asked if there was anything else. Told me I needed to ask before ordering a sandwich next time and continued to be super rude about it. My wife almost cried and didn’t order what she wanted because he was being so rude. Won’t be coming back here.

They stiffed me on the FLBOGO code. Acted like they didn't receive it or something. Ruined my lunch break and basically there is no way to get your money back if you use the app. I won't use the app again and I won't go to this subway again. The damn guy didn't even try to make things right. In fact I am deleting this bullcrap app. They dont honor your 50 % more meat + cheese request unless you watch them.Also, this subway has dirty soda fountains and they skimp on the italian herbs and cheese bread. Hate this store!!

Bought a couple subs online. Used to asking for extra veggies and being ignored. Caleb did a fantastic job! Haven't had a chicken club that had that much flavor ever. The guy has a gift. Truly enjoyed my meal. Ty Caleb. You're a rockstar.

The staff here are great! I was between sandwich choices & they suggested a featured sandwich that perfectly combined the two sandwiches. I think Subway's only dairy-free bread choice is whole wheat. Why is it, that the whole wheat bread is dry & seems slightly stale at ALL of the Subway stores?Vegetarian options: There are lots of fresh vegetable options.Dietary restrictions: Subway keeps things clean & pure so it's easy to avoid specific allergens.Parking: Parking is a multi-football field area of paved mall parking.

Don't know who it was, and I'd probably get the person in trouble, but was the best subway sandwich I have had in years.They didn't measure everything they put on the sandwich. It had so much diced chicken on it...wow. Slapped a bunch of cheese, and they are always so cheap with the olives...they grabbed a handful! It won't happen again I'm sure, but it was a great sandwich.Vegetarian options: It's subway. ..all fresh veggiesHave a salad sandwich if you wantDietary restrictions: Anything from meat, fresh veggies, cheeses, different breads...what restrictions do you have? They make it for you right in front of you.

I went to Subway yesterday to get 3 subs. All three were not correct. my mom's was supposed to have extra sauce and there was one line on the bread that was barely there. My husbands clubhouse sub footlong had 4 slices of turkey, 4 of ham and 2 of bacon. My sub was to have guacamole on it and there was none. I called the store and asked if I could get extra guacamole the next time I came in. the girl on the phone said if I was getting another sub I couldn't get extra but I could come in just for the guacamole. I had her repeat it because I thought I had heard her wrong. But she said the same thing again which made no sense at all. I was emailed a survey and I filled it out and received a response from the franchise owner who sent back a very impersonal form letter not caring about the issue. so I see where they get their training from. With the price of eating out, even for fast food there are multiple other places who want to earn your money and have you as their customer. Andrea Feller is only interested in the sale not the customer service.

SO DIRTY. You couldn’t walk without your shoes sticking to the floor, it was like someone poured glue on the ground. Instead of trying to clean this, they simply put a “wet floor” sign. So lazy.Took about 30 minutes for them to make 3 sandwiches and even longer to checkout because the cashier with 3inch long nails couldn’t count the change in the till as her nails kept getting in her way.Instead of charging me for a kids meal, they charged individually for each item. It ended up being twice as expensive.
