Service has always been extremely slow when I've visited this location, even when it appears no one else has even ordered. Not sure why it takes so long to get your order.

This taco bell has to be one of the slowest. I order my food online tells me it will be done at 12:37 after i ordered at 12:27 so I go and sit in the lobby. Then multiple people come in and order and get there food before me. I ask about it they say it aint being made. I get my food at 12:55. Its not a long wait but its annoying to see people order after me and get there food. Its fast food not slow food.

The staff were absolutely rude. I had set my order name to Mclovin which should genuinely not be an issue and the response to that was throwing my food on the counter, yelling and stomping off. Im sorry I offended you so much? As well they didn't even give me the complete order. I ordered a 12 pack of cinnabon delights with all my other food but after that interaction I didn't even wanna go in and get it fixed. Waste of money and time. I can't believe food service workers are allowed to act that way and continue to keep there job.

Can't leave a zero or a negative star. All employees at the Allen Street store should be fired. Doordashers are waiting 45 minutes to an hour and people sitting inside have been waiting for almost an hour and the black dude there is extremely rude. Lucky he was respectful to my pregnant wife

It is 100% unacceptable for whoever is managing this specific location to make in-lobby people wait over 30 minutes to get their orders.
I personally deliver orders to customers and this specific location is notorious on multiple occasions making people wait in lobby for this long. The other Taco Bells in Longview do not have this problem AT ALL.
I am pushing my customers to order at other locations until this descepency is relieved. I have personally worked in retail for 18 years, 8 of them in management and I would never approve of this behavior of service.
They don't move very fast and let's remind ourselves this crap is very overpriced now.

When someone orders from doordash make their food. Don't keep taking new orders and pushing it back. They paid for it. They are waiting for it

Girl was in such a hurry to close the dining room she turned me away to the drive thru rather than hand me an order that was already ready for pickup. Now I’ve been stuck in the drive thru not moving a single car for 15 minutes while cars line up down Allen Street. Nice work guys. Inconvenience as many people as possible. I’m sure your customer will love his ice cold tacos, assuming I can actually get them before I die in your drive thru line.
