Waited almost a half hour for a taco and a drink. They prioritize drive threw (while mess up/forgetting orders) and ignore people inside the building. Just jo to the one 5 minutes away and you'll get better food service and only wait 10 minutes max

Me and my boyfriend had went to pick up a doordash, we waited for 30 MINUTES. this place sucks. workers dont even blink an eye at you, just ignore you.

Didn't give my card back after paying for food at drive thru and then an employee charged my card again and bought their own food. Went into Taco Bell and they had my debit card.

Everytime I have gone to any taco bell In kelso or Longview in the last 1.5 years, they have stupidly slow. I'm talking like rush hour at Walmart with 2 check stands running kind of slow.

Let me preface this with i don't expect much from Taco Bell and they didn't even meet my basic expectations. I ordered the cantina chicken quasadila and it was like eating slightly flavored snot. That was what it felt like I was eating, with chunks of chicken. And a taco. Not sure what happened here but yeah, yuck. And it was expensive. Was very disappointed. The service thru the drive thru was fine. Another visit and we got the deluxe boxes. For the money, it wasn't bad, definitely better than my last visit. The service was fine.

We ordered a cantina chicken bowl; the chicken was old and dried out, the rice was old and stale, I immediately felt sick after eating a few bites. My daughter ordered a chicken crunch wrap and it to was stale and the ingredients were old and had a strange chemical taste. 03/26/25

Had a terrible experience dining in. The staff completely prioritized drive-thru orders, leaving dine-in customers waiting. It took a ridiculous 45 minutes just to get a quesadilla and tacos.

The drinks had sauce stick on the cup.

Corporate really needs to step in and address this issue.

This location never seems to get our order right. Called to let them know that there were veggies on all of the items that were ordered with none. I was interrupted by Melissa many times while trying to let her know what was wrong. Her excuse was that the staff in the kitchen is new. But why is it that they can't read simple edits to the items? Everything was ordered correctly on the receipt but none of the food was.
My husband called back to speak to someone above Melissa but was handed off to some kid who was just as disrespectful. My husband asked for the corporate number but was told to go look it up and then was hung up on. Won't be giving business to this location anymore since using basic human skills and decency seem to not be on their resume.

The food, AGAIN, is a real disappointment, AGAIN!!! Taco Bell used to be my all-time favorite until they started to use cheap ingredients. But this time, my Chalupes were TOUGH! Very hard to chew. Seemed to be reheated after sitting out for a while. Yuk. And then the sour cream was off.
