Yeah, it took forever to get the food here and once I got it, they got the order wrong. Can't be too upset about the food because basically it's Taco Bell but they need stop raising their prices if they're not going to improve the quality.

Literally one of the worst Taco Bells I've ever come across in the country. Their drive thru was closed, their ice machine was broken, their bathrooms were gross, and our order (bean burrito and nachos) took 20 minutes. The place was dead yet the 6 employees in the back that could finish our order never checked in and we had to ask what was going on. The order we got didn't have the nachos (only the cheese). How a location can be this incompetent while remaining open is an enigma. This place should be condemned and turned into parking lot for the burger king next door.
Absolutely awful. Don't go here if you want food. We ordered at 12:20 and it was quiet. By 12:55 there were lines of people just trying to order with no one helping. We asked how long our food was going to take (literally just a crunch wrap) and they said 15 minutes. We left and will be asking for a refund.

Probably the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Gave it 2 chances, both times, terrible. Figured it was an off day. But a third time, there was no excuse this time. The place was dead. There was ehh maybe 1 or 2 cars in the drive thru when we got there. Went inside to order & eat, and we were the only ones in there. By the time we got done ordering, I believe no one was in the drive thru. There was a handful of workers and we sat there a good 10-12 minutes. My boyfriend walked up to the counter and they were all just standing around, BSing, NOT working on our order. My boyfriend had to ask them if they got our order to get their attention. It was done within a few minutes after that. 🙄 the service is just terrible.
