Today was my first visit to the Happy Tree Cafe. I must say it was the best thing I did all day. The customer service and conversation with the owners made you really feel it home. My coffee drink was decadent and the turkey avocado wrap was delicious. I will be making the Happy Tree Cafe one of my regular go-tos.

I only stopped in for a few minutes to grab a pastry and check out the place. Very nice! I’m so excited to have something like this here-usually have only seen this quality of coffee/bakery in a more touristy or urban location. So this is awesome. You can tell they care about what they’re doing. I love to go to a bakery/coffee shop and find pastries that you don’t see everywhere-that’s a win for me. Also I love to see buildings not be vacant but turned into a fun community spot. 🥰 will definitely be back!

OK, so my wife kept bragging about this place that had opened around the corner from where we live. I was away and on the road, however, let me tell you this, when I arrived back home, one of my best experiences at a “coffee shop” in Cowlitz County, has to be stopping by and sampling (and talking) with Brian And Michelle!
As it turns out, this is not just your ordinary coffee shop. This is a coffee shop/eatery that is to absolutely die for (yes, I will die on this hill).
Today I had their version of avocado toast. If you are not aware, avocado, toast gets so much love for a good reason – it’s simple, delicious, and surprisingly nutritious! Avocado toast is nutrient, dense, energizing, and filling, and totally customizable, of which Michelle takes the new levels. It was absolutely amazing!! I don’t know what flavor-full-spices that they put on there, however, evidently it’s “a secret blend (and they won’t even give you a clue about what it is), but Oh My Gawd, it was yummy!

This place is so quaint and adorable! The hostess are friendly n talkative and more than willing to help with any choices your stuck on. Speaking of, the breakfast options are plenty n delicious and the lattes are silky smooth n delightful. I'll have to frequent this breakfast nook from now on, everything about it is so homely and comfortable.

I have only tried the sandwiches and the pumpkin strudel muffins here, but they are really delicious. Parking lot is very small and it gets very busy on Saturday.
took my 3 indecisive preteens in this morning for Boba. I didn't catch her name but she was super patient and gave the kids great selection ideas. unfortunately we ate before we went in but everything looked AMAZING. Will for sure be back! 💕
