Went there for lunch today and they refused to serve us d/t my service dog. I didn't have my card with me. My pup has flown with me, stayed in hotels with me, and has gone to many upper class restaurants with me. Not once have I been refused service until today at Tims.

Bartenders are horrible and bring down the establisment, not that it was great to begin with. I'm actually amazed it's still in business, the waitresses will cut you off just because you have your own opinion and you "don't align with their view" as in they bleed blue. If you're looking to have a fun time, Tim's is definitely NOT the place to go! I'd give it zero stars if that was an option!!

If you aren’t over 30 I don’t recommend this place. Service wasn’t all that. We were visiting from nc but my spouse is from kelso so we went there with my mother in law. Food was okay and drinks were okay for the price which was cheap. Overall not an environment for younger folks. And don’t ever tell customers to tip because it comes out your check for the cooks and stuff if we don’t,then we don’t and if we do then we do.

I love tim’s! We actually live right by there. But since Rena Backman has started I have had nothing but rude service. I nicely came to the counter and asked for a refund because my food had been awhile and I had to go. She continued to tell me to hold on and then told me she can’t help me with a refund and I need to ask someone else. She also had asked for a bigger tip when a tip was left and not required. I understand that people have to survive off tips and so do I but I do what I can and customers should never be ashamed for not leaving a big enough tip especially on a one person order. Rena Backman needs to go unless she gets her act together, she cares for nothing but herself.

Tim's is a beautiful bar and grill!! The people who go there are cool and laid back. Unfortunately, Tim's has only one serious issue. Their bartenders are awful!!! They're rude, dismissive and honestly act like they just can't be bothered. I've experienced this every single time I go there! Morning, afternoon, night these bartenders are just seemingly miserable. There's one older lady, long blonde hair that's been my waitress a few times and she's very sweet and pleasant. I'm not sure what the issue is but it sure would be nice to have some smiles and basic customer service skilled people there. My friends and I keep going back, but always end up leaving and taking our business elsewhere. Maybe Tim's isn't in need of making more money? Food is great though!

Tim's rules for breakfast. Cheap as hell all around. A bit busy but worth the wait at that price. I've heard prices are going up but after keeping the same prices for over 10 years who can blame them. Tip your bartender well and they'll take care of you
Called there multiple times to order food.no answer so drove down to see they were open and they were .went in sat down for 20 mins with no service and only 7 people beside us there.so called the phone and no one even tried to go for it so just left and ate else were.

Awesome food great service friendly people only reason for 4 stars is here's always room for improvement like having take hand bags to carry the food in or maybe a carry box that I could easily carry on a bike not that I can think of anything that's not A grad quality about it just through ideas out there
