Applebee's Grill + Bar

Did car side to go. Waited over 10 mins once I arrived, I had to call to tell them I was there and still took 10 mins to bring out food

Very dissapointed. Arrived and waited 15 minutes to finally be approached. Got seated waited an additional 15 min to get approached by a waiter. This place was dirty and it was gross. We got up and left!

Well we been here an hour finally got drinks starting to wonder if food will ever come. About to walk out!!! Ah it just came must be down on kitchen staff!

Waiter Rome needs a new job. He forgot our (table of 3) order after waiting at the table for 30-45 minutes for our entrees. He wrote our order after dropping off the apps. Tried to pull out silverware away after we finished our apps. Little later, looked on the tablet at the check details and noticed that no entrees were ever ordered. Table 74 and Check No: 1530707

Our server Bailey was awesome
The food came quickly and was fresh
Drinks were amazing
And the prices couldn’t be beat

The manager spent the majority of her time dealing with a table of entitled guests who had brought their dog in (clearly not a real service dog 😑) so we got free entertainment listening to the drama. The manager handled it with more grace and care than the table deserved

2 & 1/2 hours after placing order, it was finally deliveredadter Applebee's teeminating our initial order. They allowed us to put in a other order. The fettuccine chicken pasta had hardly any sauce and the pasta was real dry. We ordered 2 sugar free ice teas. We don't know what we got and it was extremely sweet. Being diabetic, I could not drink mine.

Forgot id and was told a photo of it is not good enough to take the cocktails so I requested a refund and was told I'd need the debit card so I drove all the way home got my id and went back to wait 20 minutes and then be told they already refunded the drinks without the debit card. Stupidity all around and the rude inconsiderate hostess needs a job not around people. Kids pizza was burnt on the bottom and the rest of the food was cold and disgusting after the super long wait.

More servers walking around in circles than helping out and trying to get people seated.

Need to have manager learn to notice that all the tables are dirty and a crowd standing in waiting room. Worst service ever at Applebees, tables when we got here are still dirty as we leave.

I was having a really shitty. Day already when friends decied today they gonna take me out and get some drinks and cheer me up pump me up to keep this fight going we went to applebees my favorite spot to have a few drinks good food good girlfriends I had a rough day my pain was at its worst and I was a bit emotional all day about it down on myself for crying feeling weak but I get there I'm having fun and of course life happens I had a seizure in bathroom okay I recovered pretty quickly we ordered food a second drink , and then while waiting and looking on temu looking through there healing stones are waiter was told by the manager he had to take my drink because I had had a seizure we softly explained to him why I had a seizure it was not a result of drinking alcohol but because I have 3 tumors in my brain and the bad cells push up against the good cells seizures happend and I'm at the point where we cant control them anymore ,but being a strong ass woman I still try to go out I still help people I still try to do good in my community so what the heck am I supposed to say when they come say they have to take my drink I paid for because something I have no control of and didn't sk for and dont want like my life isn't hard enough without being embarrased and to look stupid l like I've done something wrong when we were not loud not rude we were actually speaking quietly looking at healing stones on temu waiting for our food for they not think I am going through enough they want to humiliate me and for something I cant control or fix they want me to stay home and maybe be in my death bed how dare I go out and attempt to live my life as a human I'm so pissed right now so ya ya come and say your taking my drink well sorry yall not until I'll m done I finished that whole Hawaiian ice tea in about 4 big gulps until it was empty and said okay I guess I'm going to leave now since my being human here cause such a n issue I will never go back there not ever I've never felt so disrespected and just less then because I have a disability it was eye opening and not in a good way I was really starting to breath a little easier after suck a painful rough emotional day damn this feeling sucks right now thanks manager at applebees for making me feel like I'm a burden or dont belong out in public that's so special. There how she was made to feel and that completely understand acceptable and you manager thay couldn't face a dieing woman to explain themselves. They she be given the most important job amd promoted to customer

I've always loved Applebee's. If you go you have to get the chocolate lava cake absolutely the best thing on the menu.

We stopped in for a Bridal Party Dinner. They provided good and Service and it was a Great Dinner.
