Me and my husband took time out of our busy schedule for a date night without baby and it was a disaster. We drove by apple bees by the mall and thought why not. The hostess was lovely but our server wasn’t it. Our servers name was Madi. She took 15 minutes to get our drink order. I got the pourable one where server has always done the first pour for me which I thought was normal. She didn’t she just set our drinks on the end of the table and left didn’t even give them to us. Wouldn’t let us order our food when we ordered drinks made us wait 30 minutes to get our food order. When we finally ordered she was very rude to every little thing I said about how I like my meal (all I said I like it well done and please make sure no pink) And another 30 waiting for the food. And in between didn’t stop to check on us once. Not to ask if we needed water since our drinks were empty at the end of the table for a long time or like sorry kitchen is backed up. New or not it was an awful experience for us. Wouldn’t even bring us a box put her finger up saying she will be there in a sec and to wait to the booth by us. I had to use a napkin to box up the food for my baby. I should have just brought the screaming baby so maybe I could get some service. Very very disappointed.

My salmon was overcooked and mash
Potatoes were not warmed up. Broccoli was mushy. We came when they just opened at 11am. The food was just that, food. Nothing to rave about. Nothing.

Not impressed with the front desk staff. We will continue to stay in the hotel next door, but we will not be eating at this location in the future. Should have left when she made me throw away my water bottle. The one I walked in with, and she said I can't have it because they serve alcohol?

I original posted this review today to the wrong location in Richland. It is meant for the Kennewick location. The booth they sat us at had food on the seats. Waited an hour for our dinner. 3 of 4 plates had cold food, 2 should have been sizzling but the plates we're cold to the touch. The manager comped the entire meal and brought us new plates that were fresh out of the kitchen. Food is way over salted. The portions are small for the price. Plenty of other restaurants serve much bigger portions for the same price. For example; Go to the Double Dragon for huge portions to compare what you are getting. Applebee's portions are ridiculously small! The only reason we went here is because our friends were buying the meal. My wife and I do not care much for the food but when someone else is paying you go where they want. The service is always bad at the Kennewick location.

Party of 5 adults 3 eating kids. Waited almost an hour to be seated and get softdrinks. Ordered the kids stuff which was fine. Then our turn. Mozzarella sticks came out luke warm at best. Mac and chesse with chicken strips had set and cooled down. Ordered to of the classic combo appetizers and the chicken quesadilla was mostly tortilla. Went half an hour before drink refills. Not really happy for the money that we paid. Service had gone down.

Everything was amazing. Food came in a perfectly reasonable time, service was great despite our server getting a 12 top dropped on them and the atmosphere was exactly as youd hope; comfortable lighting, without too much noise.

Ok applebee's reached out and made everything better. I ordered a grilled chicken salad with double the chicken and the salad alone cost right around $14-$15 and that is not to bad but the extra chicken i was charged $7.99 how is that small of chicken cost that much wow

We were there in a large group (10). They took care of us very well. Everyone got what they ordered all at the same time. The food was delicious and hot. Drinks were very good.
