The 3rd time I have gotten the gyros stale hard dried out pita bread. Called and was assured I had no idea what I was talking about even though I run a restaurant in kennewick and know exactly what dried out stale bread feels like. Not willing to fix the order .. Very bad management!!!

They appeared to be understaffed this morning But the two women working were doing an excellent job They took a while to get our order at the register, but the food was ready within a few minutes of ordering The honey mustard was empty at the self service pump but they handed us some sauce cups from the back They had forgotten the bbq sauce for our pulled pork sandwich but handed us a sauce when we asked for it.
I didn’t like that they didn’t have hats or hairnets, but they were well groomed and had their hair up so it wasn’t a problem

I was shocked The pricing was very affordable for what we purchased usually it's very expensive just for one item it's almost $20 will definitely come back again to.

Waited over 15 minutes to be helped. The counter person looked at us several times and ignored us. He was just working the drive thru with several orders. One person was behind counter making sandwiches. The counter person finally said to us very rudely it will be a while as he had to take care of drive thru. Needless to say we walked out.

I went there around 11am with my friend because he wanted to use the restroom and he went in without a problem. Then I wanted to use the restroom too and I went inside and asked if I can use the restroom. The employee immediately told me that I had to buy something to use it. That employee immediately discriminated against me because of my skin color. My friend who went in without a problem is white and I'm Latino.
I was treated differently only because of the color of my skin. My friend went in without having to buy anything but I immediately get told to buy something to use the restroom.
This Arby’s is by far the cleanest I’ve ever been in and the staff that was working other night was very kind and hard-working. A young man by the name of David was the one who waited on me very good customer service, very attentive and very polite.

My grandson got a spicy chicken burger that was to spicy for him. We told Shannon and Sharie and they gave him a new chicken burger that was less spicy. They were so kind to do that and we sure did appreciate it!
Kid-friendliness: They gave my grandson a new burger because it was to spicy and there are none 18+ stuff in the building.

We both tried the new bacon cheeseburger. One was overdone and dry and the other was too red in the center. Bacon was too salty. Skip this meal. Not worth the $8.29 just for the burger. Go back to the beef n cheddar!
