Have chosen to have them do birthday cupcakes every year for the last few years and chose them to do our wedding cake this past weekend! I got my daughters wiggles edible cake topper from them, amazing customer service from Christian I believe her name was and Sylvia. Very good with communication. Topper looked exactly like the picture I sent and only 10$ crazy good!!

Absolutely ✨LOVE✨ this place. Had a rough start with customer service but the owner or manager is great. I had a large order for a sweet 16 and it was all so perfect. The cupcakes were to die for, the macrons were literally perfect and tasted UHHH-MAZING, the cake was moist and stunning (before I added the cheesy candles). I was asked by at least 20 guests where they were from. I will 100% give my business to them again and again.
Dietary restrictions: I’m super allergic to strawberries and the owner/manager made sure to label the boxes with each flavor to avoid cross contamination. It was literally the most thoughtful thing.
Kid-friendliness: Clearly my kids loved everything. My daughter was in awe over how beautiful everything was.
Artfetti made the wedding cake for my daughter and I am SO pleased with how it turned out. Not only was it beautiful but it also tasted amazing. Great customer service, reasonable prices and a wonderful product!

I am beyond happy with the cake I ordered. I simply gave idea photos and they went above and beyond. The baby shower cake was a hit and SO MANY COMPLIMENTS were made! Thank you for your amazing work!!
I was in need of a cake for a professional event for work and was referred to Artfetti by a friend. Needless to say, I was highly disappointed. It did not match the description of my order (frosting color, frosting style, etc) as well as it was extremely difficult to read the message on the front. Lastly, there were complaints regarding the “filling”, which looked like melted ice cream. I’m not sure if it was rushed because of the poor weather or what, but this was certainly not worth $50.

Love this place.The people are so nice,Cupcakes are delicious!I took my daughter there the day before her birthday to scout out the treat that she wanted for her special day and we came back the next day and they had already closed, one of the owners or employees was still there and opened up even though she was closed to take care of us what an amazing example of top notch customer service.I will definitely be back

I called and the woman who ans just said"HELLO", I had no idea if I reached a business nbr or not. I gave all the details and she told me she send me a text confirming the order and include the price. I never received anything so I had 2 go elsewhere to order the cake for my Mom's 75 birthday. Very very disappointing experience.
