I went to get a pretzel and I believe a girl named Itzel helped me out. She was really nice. Overall good experience.

Never has anything in stock and when I say willing to wait they just say they will not be making it. So menu is either regular or pepperoni pretzels.

Buttery, soft, flakey warm goodness. Salt optional. Auntie Anne makes the best pretzels in the mall. Don't waste your buck buying Wetzel's. My daughter and I love a fresh pretzel and will taste a new pretzel just about anytime we find one. Annie's got all the game in this shopping center. They have a good variety of pretzels, toppings, and drinks to keep the taste buds excited.
The line from the register used to stack out into the walkway of the mall, which was a nuisance for traverseing the stores. But they fixed it and put up delineation to keep the line nice and tidy.
Their production is good and they keep the line moving, which is also nice because as soon as you come in the north entrance you smell the delicious doughey treats and nothing is more tortureous than a slow moving line on an empty stomach.

It's a Sunday where the mall is busy so your store should be having pretzel made at all times. Went to get a regular sized pretzel nugget and was told they didn't have any and nothing being made. Would take 20 minutes to make. Went to 2nd auntie Anne's in the mall and was told the same thing.

They charged me for something extra that i didn’t ask for and they couldn’t refund me not cash, not back to my card nothing, rude customer service.

Great selection of pretzels,loved the flavor and freshness. The clerk was pretty fast with my order and they were stocked with what I needed love this place,

Showed up about 7:25 and there were no cinnamon options. Kid behind the counter and other employee in the back were both too busy cleaning and chatting to notice me, then informed me they wouldn’t be able to make anything else for the rest of the night.

Lazy. It’s 7:32 and I’ve been standing here in front of the store typing this message and nobody has acknowledged me.

Employees are rude! I did not catch the young man’s name that was working the register on Saturday 10/26/24 after 3pm. He placed my pretzel on the counter exposing half of it on the counter, disgusting! And then gets snarky when I gave it back to him asking for another! Won’t be buying from there again, I can only imagine what happens when the bread is being made and baked.

Every time I order through door dash I receive my order all burnt. I’m so disappointed and I’m pretty sure that the employees noticed it and still decided to send them like that.

The employees seem less than thrilled to be there, that is if you can find one! I sat in front for 5+ mins before someone finally came to the front, proceeded to tell me and the other person in line that she was on break and wanted to finish it, but since she couldn’t find the other worker, she would help us. LOL! Another time, the guy was in the back where you could see him eating his lunch, noticed there was people in line finished a couple more bites and then came up to help. Without washing his hands or anything. I get it you work for a pretzel company, but at bare minimum try to make the best of it. I’ve had several times where my pretzels were burnt, or under cooked. Probably won’t be going back again I’m tired of always running into some type of issue.

Great food, fast service. If you need a quick bite at the mall, give them a try!
