the lady that helped me in the mall was so rude for absolutely no reason. i asked her for extra salt and i didn’t get any. absolutely will not be going back.

The employees seem less than thrilled to be there, that is if you can find one! I sat in front for 5+ mins before someone finally came to the front, proceeded to tell me and the other person in line that she was on break and wanted to finish it, but since she couldn’t find the other worker, she would help us. LOL! Another time, the guy was in the back where you could see him eating his lunch, noticed there was people in line finished a couple more bites and then came up to help. Without washing his hands or anything. I get it you work for a pretzel company, but at bare minimum try to make the best of it. I’ve had several times where my pretzels were burnt, or under cooked. Probably won’t be going back again I’m tired of always running into some type of issue.

Company is terrible and they treat their staff disgustingly. I would never want my kid working or eating here. Do not support this location. Never coming back.

Was over charged, given a very small, pathetic and burnt pretzel, and a small lemonade despite ordering a medium. I get that teenagers are running the place, but this was very disappointing. Won't be back. Seriously need to get it together! ?

Ordered and waited for our pretzel bucket with my 4 small children. There were 3 teenage aged guys working behind the counter cussing up a storm. Every other word was the "F" word right behind the front counter. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable, especially in front of customers and young children.

I understand when it's super busy employees could be stressed, etc. But today there was noone there and I really needed to get something on the go, fast and tasty and pretzels are perfect... but today I flat out got ignored by the pink hair girl working there. I was in a rush to get to work so I didn't get her name but this type of situation should never happen!.

My wife loves the pretzels here and had to have one today. I go next door to the Asian food place for the Chefs special Mandarin Chicken with vegetables and rice. It looks like there are new owners and someone being trained, but the food is still good and tasty.
I wish I could give this place at least 3 stars but I don't know the food is great it's just the employees that are extremely rude! And from the looks of it I'm not the only one that thinks so management should take care of this and teach there employees how to be nice.

I bought some pretzel bites to go and when I got home they were burnt. I took them back and told the young lady that they were burnt. The first thing out of her mouth was did they taste burnt. I was like really... yes they taste burnt. She finally replaced them with fresh ones.
