Walked in sat at the bar waited for about an hour then had to ask for a menu then it took a another 30min for someone to take my order the 20min later they asked if I wanted a drink good food really poor service

Used to go there when it was silos was a great place, ever since it has became the dugout it has gotten progressively worse, was just in there Friday to get some beers and food, after ordering a couple beers at the bar and sitting down with some menus we sat there for a ½ hr. With empty beer glasses ready to order food while watching the waitresses walk right past us and serving new customers, there were no more than 25 people in there, tired of being ignored I just went up and closed the tab and split after watching the waitresses sit there and cackle behind the bar. I won't be back.

Once again, the Dugout (Badger Canyon) majorly blew it! It's a Saturday, College football, WA/WSU and UO/OSU on TV, packed house, 2 bartenders (who are also the waitresses) and 1 cook! So many have already left because of the wait time for food and beverages. Management of this place should be fired immediately! They are losing their a$$ in potential income. Laughable! ?‍♂️

Absolutely worst service in town. Hands down. Every single time we go there. ... It's not a bunch , but the waitresses just don't ever check up on their tables. I personally will never go back.

No real service when they r busy.. I mean sitting at the bar I don't think I should have to flag down one of the 4 tenders to get a bottled beer rq.

Was told by the server the place was a bar, not a grill and doesn't allow kids. So my 20yr old daughter and I left.

My favorite bar to Drink at like the location it is right by where I Live on Reata road

I stop here when visiting my sister. Great place. Friendly servers. Prices aren’t insane like they are everywhere else.
