Bar manager Friday night, blonde hair lady, sickly looking was completely unprofessional, and should not be the face of their company at all. Would never recommend this place to anyone for anything ever. Also the bar tender who served our table never gave me my money back after ordering a basket of fries, gave him $50 and he never delivered the fries or my change and was also physically assaulted with a chair smashed into the side of my face. Will be sure to spread the word to anyone and everyone one to never support this business. Lawyer will be contacted promptly to discuss best course of action.

Absolutely Pathetic Service
The Dugout in Kennewick was a complete joke. We sat for over 30 minutes while the staff blatantly ignored us. Servers walked past us repeatedly, taking care of tables just feet away, and not a single person even acknowledged we were there. No water, no greeting, no “we’ll be right with you” — just straight-up disregard. We even called her attention and she told us it would be a minute. 15 minutes went by and we decided to take off. Place was not busy. If you enjoy being treated like a ghost while others get full service, this is the place for you. Otherwise, skip the embarrassment and spend your money somewhere that actually gives a damn. The waitress was wearing a red sweater, fair skinned, dark hair, heavy set & short. She didn’t introduce herself so that’s all I have of her. I’ve never written a review, but I felt the need to.

Elizabeth was wonderful! She made sure we had everything we needed . The rest of the staff were very kind and professional; I'll definitely be back. Love the pizza!

The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and was clean. Service was good, but the food was not the best. I ordered a burger with onion rings. The additional $2 for onion rings was not worth it and I should have just stuck with the fries. The burger was not the best, either, and I would have probably had better luck and flavor with fast food.

Great place! Amazing pizza! Except, waitress you told me they don't do half and half Pizza. She caved after I kept asking questions about why and then she billed me extra for having half and half. That's a crock. $25 for the pie and nice drinks with a very nice atmosphere. I love this place. They also have TouchTunes which is a hit.
I probably won't be back anytime soon though because I don't like being charged extra for half and half Pizza.

Food was excellent! Service needs attention. My wife asked for water three times before she finally got some. I asked twice and never did get any water. It is a sports bar with lots of TV'S so rather loud at times. Hard to have a conversation.

People tend to fight over the juke box. Somebody wants to dance and another person wants to drown their divorce, broken truck, and dead dog.

Music too loud to hear each other and game. Asked them to turn it down just a tad and no one did anything. Server actually complained about how busy it was…it was half full on a Saturday at 4:30 pm and service was slow. (Other servers were doing a lot of standing around at the bar.) They actually forgot to prepare for the group we were with, who had called well in advance.
Food wasn’t very warm when I got it and the old-fashioned I ordered was whisky on the rocks with orange peel and bitters, one un-muddled cherry, no simple syrup. I had to ask for coke to rectify the situation.
