“The gentlemen who worked today afternoon 8/25/24 can I just say how amazing he is, I know my coffee is going to be so good when I see him, he knows how to feel someone welcomed and he’s just genuine, I feel so terrible today I had just woken up from working a night shift and I just drove to the coffee shop not checking time he still served me even tho it had just hit 7 I felt terrible he’a such an honest worker. He’s a keeper. My highest praise for him!“

“Received a gift card, so I figured i would try it out, I don't usually buy things from these types of places, but I must say it was really good. I got a mermaid water, madd hatter. Very good. I will be going back to this one for sure. I want to try a few more things on the menu, plus they have 1$ coffee all day every day, I might start drinking more coffee. It was simply an amazing experience all around. The staff was amazing and very professional.“

“Honestly, the #1 reason I stop by multiple days a week is the team at this location. Serena and Tony are the best. They now know my orders by heart and always have encouraging words to start my morning. They have been there through a new job, family health issues, and just life. No, they are not my "friends," but they are certainly some of the best customer service experts around. I would hire them in heart beat, if I had an opening. Their charm mixed with their coffee skills is truly appreciated.
Anyway, did I mention that the coffee is also really good? I appreciate that Wake Up Call has kept some of the best drinks from the previous companies and capitalized on the elements that made those drinks successful. My favorite drinks are the Horchata and the Rocket (with white coffee). I recommend them and know that they are just as good sugar-free and/or with alternative milk. I love that they find ways to accommodate dietary needs while keeping drinks delicious.
I wholeheartedly recommend Wake Up Call. I especially recommend this location if you want to have a great start to your day or a cheer up.“

“I go this shop everyday. Vic is the sweetest and has the best customer service. Even if I'm closer to another shop, I go out my way to come to 20th. They make the best drinks and have such an inviting atmosphere. All the baristas are amazing. 10 out of 10 I recommend.“

“I love the staff here. They are so customer friendly in a more authentic way than some other coffee places. At this particular location, they know my elderly dad by his phone number, which I always use to apply my purchase credits to. He is a stahe 4 cancer survivor who has been in remission for 4.5 years now. He visits them for coffee almost every day and sometimes more than once. He loves that they treat him special and will listen to his stories. They are so gracious with him and treat him with a lot of love and respect...it truly makes his experience very rewarding. This started back when this shop was Roasters...and has continued even now with the team at Wake Up Call. ❤️“
