The bill was fair for the quality of food. Not close to my job, I wish it was.

It’s all over for this place.

Just stopped in as this restaurant was nearest to my hotel in Kennewick. Pricing was reasonable, but who makes Chow Mein without a single noodle? That just sucks for any Chinese restaurant. Don’t even bother.

The taste was just not there. The portions were small for the cost. The restaurant was empty. We were the only people eating there. Hint Hint! This was our first time there.

The people there are still very nice and friendly but the food was only luke warm and didn't taste as good as it use to

Vegetable fried rice and egg rolls are my go to dishes. Friendly and prompt service.

You get what you pay for. The combo specials are cheap and greasy, but the specialty items are quite good.

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant. They staff is incredible and , while I stuck with the same dish, it is because I live their almond chicken. I do keep going back because they treat me so well!

That wonton soup is life! Just a worn down location but food is yummy. Little more on the Americanized Chinese food side but you’ll enjoy all the variety of meals that they offer.

I had occasion to bring family for dinner. It was just a small group of 4 senior citizens. I was disappointed to have them charge more money for a substitution of soup that they charge the same price for! The menu said an additional cost 'might be charged'--the one two of us ordered was elsewhere in the menu--but at the same exact price as what came with the meal. They weren't busy. One other table had 2 diners. The soup that I was already unhappy about having to pay more to get, when it came I mentioned he'd forgotten the crackers. The waiter said it didn't include crackers!!! The young man who waited on us couldn't have cared less. He didn't do himself or his employer any favors by being cheap or lazy. We all sensed the now tainted atmosphere. The Owners should know that I'm the one who suggested we go to Bamboo Garden. I expected more than just good food. I expected you to care that we'd get a pleasant atmosphere and meal. At the end of the meal the owner came out. The waiter must have mentioned to her that he'd refused to give us crackers with our soup. They seemed stingy--and I tried to suggest as much. She offered us crackers--and as many as we wanted! Too little too late. It just doesn't work! Maybe he is family. Maybe they don't take care of their employees. I don't know. Two of our group were there for the first time. I doubt they'll be sharing with all their friends and neighbors the wonderful time at your establishment. Expect customers to take the time to tell the world when the service isn't excellent. I hope those 4 crackers make up for future lost revenue. Get the message?
