Firstly, the dishes seemed like they could be cleaner. The waitress seemed disappointed we ordered only water. She asked us three or four times if we were sure that we didn’t want pop or Italian sodas, namely, to our four children. Then when we ordered, my husband and I shared one of their $36 entrées. I wondered if this was why she tried to upsell our children with an extra side of meatballs. Our youngest is five, she ordered a kids sized spaghetti entrée for $12. She asked her would you like a side of meatballs (they are $12). What do you think she will say?! Of course she says yes. I responded no. She asked again. It seemed manipulative . Each of my other three older children then ordered their own entrees. When the bill comes, the 20% is included and there is no option to choose the gratuity… even if your waitress goes rogue. Food overall was average at best.

We went there with pretty low expectations since international restaurants usually are just not the same here! But this is outstanding! Authentic Italian food and wine! Everything tastes fresh. Probably the best restaurant in the TriCities. Severs and owner really friendly and welcoming. We will be back for sure!

Perhaps the worst tasting Italian food I’ve ever eaten. Chains like Olive Garden would be, surprisingly better. I was so disappointed in the food. Bland is an understatement. The tortellini was mushy. The server was nice. The restaurant is clean. It tasted like grocery store jar sauce. The minestrone tasted like it was Campbell’s dumped out of a can. Took a chance this place while traveling through the area. Bad decision on my part.

Meal was warm and filling but that's about it. Not worth the high price, I've had better food at less glamorous places.

Save your money, buy some frozen food from the grocery store. Im sad i spent my birthday having dinner here. The appetizer was bread with salsa on it. Not Italian food.

The food was amazing. Our waitress wasn’t rude my any means but she was very busy and a little agitated. It was beautiful in the restaurant but it was a little crowded so I do suggest making a reservation because they have a separate room for that and it wasn’t as crowded in there.

The Italian equivalent of Denny's, expect the same clientele and atmosphere. Where the lower-middle class go to feel fancy, I would equate it to Olive Garden but at least Olive Garden doesn't kid itself about being an upscale eatery. The wait staff were adequate at best, I had one glass of water during my entire meal because the server couldn't be bothered to refill it. If my pork were any dryer it would have been reading a New Yorker cartoon to Charlotte. The amount of stars I give this restaurant equal the amount of tiara's I saw while I had the displeasure of eating there. Avoid at all costs, unless you belong to the groups mentioned above.
