We went to Bobs Burgers and brew tonight after our basketball games for Valentines dinner, the service was terrible and so slow. We asked for a beer menu twice because our server didn’t know what always on tap. Then when we placed of order or salads can at the same time as dinner. I asked for fry sauce twice and never received it. I asked for a box for take my leftover steak home and never received one. The waitress checked on us and walked off while we were asking about dessert.
They constantly overwork their staff, including a manager with health problems that they constantly have doing the work of five people without management ever offering to actually help their force, aside from him.
They are working a man with CANCER to death and clearly feel no remorse.
