Wish the Bobs Rewards could be rewarded/used between all locations. I live in Yakima and could not use my rewards in Kennewick. After dining in Kennewick, I have now rewards there that I can not use these Yakima.

What happened to the chicken strips? They’ve gone from being like real chicken breast with thick crunchy breading to McDonalds chicken nugget quality meat. Super thin, processed/ground chicken. Even the jojos seemed lower quality. Lower the price of the food if you’re going to cut costs on ingredients.

Ordered for take out, if you get the taco salad you might want to order it twice because it's in a tiny container. The fries from the burger meal were gross, imagine being able to mess up fries so a kid wouldn't even eat them. Go across the street to Hops to get a decent meal.

Used to enjoy this place, now we've went for the last time. Burger and onion rings for 20 bucks and it was horrible. Service and food quality, for their prices have went downhill in the last few months. Hopefully the last 2 times we ate there were just bad luck and they get the food quality back where it used to be a few months ago. Just horrible for the price. Go to Hops across the street, much better to us

Ordered a three-piece fish and fries to go. The fish was amazing, but unfortunately the fries were not fresh. Also very little coleslaw. I did get plenty of tartar and fry sauce which I appreciate.
